Head of Gaming Integrity at PartyPoker is calling for a Blacklist of poker cheats

Over the past week there has been a lot of buzz on the poker Twitter streets pointing fingers at suspected cheaters in poker.

They should do more to stop these cheaters.

It depends on the offense. But anyone with 40 accounts(!!) should be banned.

So should folks with bots and I have no idea why anyone would allow Russ Hamilton near a poker table.

There's a difference between someone that made a mistake and apologizes and someone that's going out of their way like the person with 40 accounts and/or doing something deliberate like what Russ Hamilton did to players at UB.

Wow... Mind blown.

It is sad to see people cheating you know.
I study and take poker seriously and feel really threatened by the possibility of being cheated with RTAs, ghosting and things of this sort.

Hopefully that blacklist takes to some effective ban on cheaters.

Anyone with more than one account, in my opinion, should be banned, even more so with 40 accounts (as they are commenting), sorry but I'm straight and straight

This would be great for poker! They need a blacklist for all cheaters. Too often you hear of a cheating scandal and then discover the player(s) are right back playing soon after. Also reminds me of all of the players ripping off other players... never hear of anything happening to them.

Well..two ways, you either stake some down-and-outers or you run bots. I noticed a crew of [retired?] old-timers who locked up access to certain slot machines and found out they were paid for their time and staked.

Anyone who plays live games should learn all the different ways that it's possible (and practical for ethically devoid types) to cheat. You should also learn card tricks and sleight of hand tricks with cards...Livingston..Hugard..

The more than 27 usernames Russ Hamilton used on Ultimate Bet . All joking aside, what I learned from ‘Ultimate Beat’ is that the software designers at Ultimate Bet created and patented the first digital ‘Blue Book’ (AKA ‘Black Book’ of known scammers who weren’t Russ Hamilton and friends, but who their software determined were using stolen credit cards and cheating. It’s the only good thing that came out of Ultimate Bet.

I wonder why the patent holders haven’t licensed it. They could make legit money.

Nice reading. I lime when these moves are done. I also think that should have one buttom at online tables to we acuse suspected plays at MTT. This wat the sites could review players history that have a lot of appoins on their plays.
