I tried to cash out my freeroll winnings and it was denied, because I hadn't generated enough rake (needed $10.33 more). I thought no biggie and started playing PLO. I turn over $200+ and according to earned frequent player points I had generated well over $11 rake as well as PT4 confirms it. I try to cash out again and it got denied again, this time with no explanation.
So I contacted their live support and they are claiming that I still have to generate $8.4 in rake . When I told her about earned player points, she said that it is not possible to see generated rake from my end. 100% lies. You can read it here: https://poker.intertops.eu/en/promo/22-frequent-player-points 1FPP = $1 generated in rake at cash games.
One of the worst poker rooms I have ever played, starting from ugly software to long cash out times and ridiculous rules.
I have had my issues with Intertops as well.
I started playing there and got a little money built up in some free rolls. Not much but something to play some cash games with. They had a casino promotion and I deposited to take advantage but when I tried to use the casino software I was unable to access it. I spoke with Customer Service and after trying a few things we found I could not access the casino. My funds were locked into the casino so I asked for a refund. They agreed to refund the money but then took all my funds and set my account at $0. I complained and never got anywhere.
Sometime later I came back when I read some reviews that things improved. Again I built up some money in some freerolls and made a deposit, I later got a $25 coupon to try the casino again. I had a new computer and the casino worked so I used the coupon and promptly lost it quickly as you had to play slots. A month later I got another $25 coupon code in the mail. I tried again and this time I ran it up to $2000! Once I hit the rollover required my balance immediately dropped from over $2000 to $200. I checked the fine print and sure enough there was a 8x max on what you could win on the offer. That's cool, I get it. Not what I hoped for but I get the rules and still, $200 extra near Christmas is always helpful.
I went to cash out the $200 and keep the rest of my funds in the account. A few days later I log in to play and I see my account is at $0 and I have no pending cashouts. I get a hold of Customer Service and try to find out why. They told me that I needed to make a $50 deposit between the redemption of the two coupon codes I had used. I look and this is no where on the letter or the coupon. No fine print listing of this information. The rep gives me a link to where this rule is listed. Not a place I had ever seen or would have looked. Nor is it in a place I would have found had the rep not sent it to me. I argue that this seems like a set up as I was not properly informed of this in the mailing. They don't care.
After some arguing I gave up on the $200 I got by using the promotion but I wanted to at least get my money I had prior to using it. No deal, They stated they have the right to confiscate my funds at any time for this rule violation. Ended up getting nothing.
Your poor buddy Floppy got stiffed.
And I thought them stealing the $400 it took me forever to build up playing freerolls was bad. I only lost time, you lost actual money......
I feel your pain Floppy !
As an update. Since the time I wrote that, I did play in the Cardschat freerolls and in the 15 year even at Intertops in which I finished 2nd for $265ish dollars. I was able to withdraw the nearly $300 that I had on the site without an issue.
I shared the bad but wanted to be fair, and share the good.
LOL now thats funny right there.I don't trust Intertops. They remind me of Cake and Juicy steak.
Terms of service have not changed. Any winnings earned through freerolls are not accessible until you have deposited.Hey guys, 2 year has passed since the topic appeared. Can anyone tell me about the news there? Problems with the withdrawal still remain? I just wanted to create an account there because of the freerolls, but thanks to your feedback I changed my mind and decided that I would not play in this poker room.
Sorry mate, but I actually found this funny, I'm not sure if it is the way you wrote it or the way you handled the situation, both most likely. :top:I have had my issues with Intertops as well.

All the best scams reward some people to keep the scam rolling along. They burned me hard though (not as hard as people unfortunate enough to make a deposit there).
Out of curiosity though, how much did you end up having to deposit/lose/rake before they allowed a withdraw?
I wouldn't be surprised if they allowed people to take out money...... as long as an equal or greater amount was lost or spent on rake. :help:

I'm going through the Itops blues at the moment, I ran up CC winnings in the sportsbook thinking that would generate rake, I think I had the rake down to $40 to go, I just added $19.50 to that with a 1st and a 3rd in CC games recently, it's like a never ending merry-go-round, the traffic is pathetic for my timezone, last night I counted 17 people at all of the low cash tables and just when you think you're close to generating the rake you add another 50%.
The live betting side of their sportsbook has been out of service since 01/01/18 due to an upgrade apparently, I could have easily doubled my BR their if it was working the last 2 years.
I'll persevere as I only play cash games there to pass time, once I generate the rake I will attempt a withdrawal again.
This indicates the FPP to $ rate.
