I'm not sure what the changes are but I fully guarantee if it upsets my almost only smooth withdrawal option it will be the straw that breaks the camels back.rrrrrrr.

Anything good that I do not see that they are constantly changing but only in their favor and not in favor of the player.
I so fully agree.every upgrade in recent yearshasbeen nothing but a downgrade in disguiseright down to the points system.Would you believe I played around$200worthof tournaments of and gotawhopping30cworthofstarcoins.andtheytesneakinginanylittletooltheycan to upset our mindsets and make it as hard as possible to get a win

pokerstars new withdrawal requirements to thread

I had the same probleme once, but I was not because pokerstars changes withdraw requirements, it was because I deposit using a coupon code to get a bonus. If you deposit using code to get a bonus, in most ways the amount you deposit isnt eligible to withdraw. You have to play it .

They want you to stay around as long as possible. So you can keep playing and living more money to them. Business. What do I do is sell some dollars to my friends. I´m in profit not big but positive. bankroll organization is very important guys.
poker stars to me is working very well since they accept Sports Betting. Besides Poker there are many good chances there.

You are forgeting that a lot of even big players are stacked... So if investor can't put $ on and transfer it withouth playing, or even worse withdraw it after getting in back he can't stake player... This isn't money londery and will affect realy big number of people... I stopped playing on ps right after opened first 5 boxes and seen than my 20% goldstar rakeback become 8% theft, but it looks like PS ownere are triing to suck out as much money they can not caring that they will destroy site by doing it...

You are right about stacking..., but if someone deposits $50 using promo code (deposit $50 get $20 extra), then losing no risk $20, then you think should be able to withdraw his 50 bucks??? Is that fair?

It's a standard procedure other poker sites use as well, as they protect themselves from money laundering or other abuse. Stars is being reckless when it comes to security and possible abuse of the site and now it seems it comes to a place. Personally i don't have nothing about increasing measures of precautions on higher levels

Well I'm happy to announce my latest cash from Pokerstars was in the bank the very next day.the one before that was the first to say funds have been credited without the approval process but still took a few days.felt so good to get the last one next day...finally have a solid enough history for withdrawals to go straight through.Amen to that I say.

Possible reason

I requested a withdrawal recently and I got a mail back from pokerstars. what is surprising is that they seem to have a new requirement now that you have to wager the entire amount of your deposit before it is eligible for a withdrawal. In other words the amount you can withdraw is related to the bet you make. So if you deposit 100 dollars for example and bet 20 and win, you can withdraw 20+20, 40 dollars. The 60 dollars you have needs to be wagered before it can be eligible to be withdrawn. In the meantime you can lose it all as well.

Previously you need to wait 48 hours after a deposit before you can request a withdrawal. They have been trying to fix their financial problems with first changing the VIP rules and then the rake thing and now this which is unfair to every player. You wouldn't get such b***** if you went to a real casino. What do you guys think?

I know this to be the case when you deposit using your checking account vs your debit or PokerStars card. This is because if you deposit using your checking account it’s like writing out a check so the money doesn’t clear till days later. You can take the money you won with it out, but not the amount that hadn’t cleared yet. Now if you deposit using your debit or PokerStars Card, all of the money clears in an instant so you can withdraw all of it too.......we’ll......there has to be a considerable amount of time between when you deposit and when you withdraw. This is my problem with PokerStars!😡if you deposit even $10 dollars and make a withdraw request 20 minutes later they’ll suspect you of money laundering I swear. I can’t tell you how many times I received a email saying they’ve suspended my withdraw feature until I reply with the reason for my withdraw because I deposited made a quick profit and wanted to withdraw.

Presumably this is to stop money laundering and the suchlike...

Doesn't make any odds to me personally as everything I have on PS from now onwards has been built from 0, so should be able to take what I want, when I want...

Think about it from their perspective. They cater to poker players. Poker players deposit money to play poker, not to make a withdrawal 20 minutes after making a deposit. They were caught on Black Friday with lax banking rules, and they don't want to risk getting into that kind of mess again. They are trying to expand their legal business, not trash it.

Everything you will read on Cardschat and elsewhere advocates building a healthy bankroll, not cashing out every time you win a little. That doesn't mean that you need to treat Stars like Fort Knox (if you're that good and that lucky) but it does mean that you should act like you take poker seriously.

On dirait que PS veut que les États-Unis jouent tous les coupables sans aucun retrait. Peut-être qu'ils n'ont pas trop d'argent maintenant.

I made a simple deposit on PokerStars and I have to wager it?

This is not bonus money, but I still I have to wager my own money; really?

Is it a 1x wager?
Yes, that's what everyone is saying, there is a 100% playthrough requirement now.
I'm also surprised, so far I thought I may have to make a small deposit to (after few days) withdraw freeroll winnings (and the deposit), looks like I thought wrong....
The risk of not being able to withdraw seems to be increasing at ps; good for the competition:).

You are right, but:
1) never ever put your entire bankroll in a poker site, only keep the bare minimum in any site (same for casino of course)
2) I doubt this has anything to do with money laundry, withdrawal should be possible after deposit using the same source/destination, 48hr is sufficient.
3) I consider these requirements on MY money very questionable and will think more than twice before depositing.

Same for me, I checked this week and all it said was that I would lose the first deposit bonus options if I would withdraw. So I thought, maybe make a deposit, enjoy the bonus, then withdraw. Now I may have changed my mind....
