I so fully agree.every upgrade in recent yearshasbeen nothing but a downgrade in disguiseright down to the points system.Would you believe I played around$200worthof tournaments of and gotawhopping30cworthofstarcoins.andtheytesneakinginanylittletooltheycan to upset our mindsets and make it as hard as possible to get a winAnything good that I do not see that they are constantly changing but only in their favor and not in favor of the player.
You are forgeting that a lot of even big players are stacked... So if investor can't put $ on and transfer it withouth playing, or even worse withdraw it after getting in back he can't stake player... This isn't money londery and will affect realy big number of people... I stopped playing on ps right after opened first 5 boxes and seen than my 20% goldstar rakeback become 8% theft, but it looks like PS ownere are triing to suck out as much money they can not caring that they will destroy site by doing it...
Yes.its mean i deposit 10k $ and i need wager all 10k for withdraw ?? :O
I requested a withdrawal recently and I got a mail back from pokerstars. what is surprising is that they seem to have a new requirement now that you have to wager the entire amount of your deposit before it is eligible for a withdrawal. In other words the amount you can withdraw is related to the bet you make. So if you deposit 100 dollars for example and bet 20 and win, you can withdraw 20+20, 40 dollars. The 60 dollars you have needs to be wagered before it can be eligible to be withdrawn. In the meantime you can lose it all as well.
Previously you need to wait 48 hours after a deposit before you can request a withdrawal. They have been trying to fix their financial problems with first changing the VIP rules and then the rake thing and now this which is unfair to every player. You wouldn't get such b***** if you went to a real casino. What do you guys think?
i agree its bs...:call2:I requested a withdrawal recently and I got a mail back from pokerstars. what is surprising is that they seem to have a new requirement now that you have to wager the entire amount of your deposit before it is eligible for a withdrawal. Think about it from their perspective. They cater to poker players. Poker players deposit money to play poker, not to make a withdrawal 20 minutes after making a deposit. They were caught on Black Friday with lax banking rules, and they don't want to risk getting into that kind of mess again. They are trying to expand their legal business, not trash it.This is my problem with PokerStars!😡if you deposit even $10 dollars and make a withdraw request 20 minutes later they’ll suspect you of money laundering I swear. I can’t tell you how many times I received a email saying they’ve suspended my withdraw feature until I reply with the reason for my withdraw because I deposited made a quick profit and wanted to withdraw.
Yes, that's what everyone is saying, there is a 100% playthrough requirement now.I made a simple deposit on PokerStars and I have to wager it?
This is not bonus money, but I still I have to wager my own money; really?
Is it a 1x wager?
You are right, but:Think about it from their perspective. They cater to poker players. Poker players deposit money to play poker, not to make a withdrawal 20 minutes after making a deposit. Everything you will read on Cardschat and elsewhere advocates building a healthy bankroll, not cashing out every time you win a little. That doesn't mean that you need to treat Stars like Fort Knox (if you're that good and that lucky) but it does mean that you should act like you take poker seriously.
Same for me, I checked this week and all it said was that I would lose the first deposit bonus options if I would withdraw. So I thought, maybe make a deposit, enjoy the bonus, then withdraw. Now I may have changed my mind....Presumably this is to stop money laundering and the suchlike...
Doesn't make any odds to me personally as everything I have on PS from now onwards has been built from 0, so should be able to take what I want, when I want...
