I made withdraw of 100 USD to skrill, but I received this respond: "Due to reasons out of our control, Skrill will no longer be used as a payment option to process Withdrawals." They suggest me to use Bank wire.
I sended email again telling them that I have just 100USD which is minimum for the skrill, but for Bank wire is 500USD!
And I received email later: "According to our Withdrawal Policy, the Minimum Withdrawal: $500. Unfortunately we are unable to lower the minimum to $100."
Come on...this is not fair...Why they still have skrill option when you make deposit, but when you want to make withdraw they reject you.

I'm sorry this happened to you, but this is the state of affairs at Carbon. I wouldn't recommend playing on here to anyone because of withdrawal times taking too long. Hopefully you can spin that $100 up to $500!

Wow it's been a while now and i think it's safe to say players with money on Carbon will be very lucky to see any of it now they've done away with Skrill also, i'm just glad i got my money out at start of the year for $300.

carbon poker cash out problems
I won a jackpot on Carbon Poker of over 57,000 us dollars I made a withdraw on 7/4/15 so far to date it is not cleared processing, it has been over 13 weeks I have emailed them several times concerning this. they give me the same BS response. I do NOT recommend anyone playing on carbon poker. for if you win and try and withdraw good luck on receiving any of your money. I have read over the internet of other people having the same problem with getting cash outs from them, BEWARE THIS SITE HAS VERY BAD SERVICE AND VERY LONG CASH OUT TIMES. I PERSONALLY DO NOT KNOW ANYONE WHOM HAS GOTTEN PAID FROM THEM IN THE PAST 2 YEARS. I CASHED OUT ONCE 3 YEARS AGO NO PROBLEM BUT TODAY THERE IS DEFINETLY A PROBLEM AT CARBON POKER DO NOT PLAY THERE AT ALL.......

Carbon Poker not paying
Carbon Poker is not paying. I applied for a pay out three months ago. I received an email stating that all the information they required, was received in good order.
Today, they sent me an email asking for my checking account number again. Which I sent for the second time.
I sent them a message saying "if you are not going to pay me, just say to, in order to same us all time"

I had the same issue with carbon poker where I used some of their freerolls to start my bankroll, then found out later that I had to make an initial deposit. Which i did, and then in order to cashout my winnings they took me through a 2 week verification process of my card... which didn't make sense because they had no problem taking payment off my card, but when it was time to cashout THEN they wanted to validate my visa and took almost two weeks. Switched to Bovada and they just require you to send in a form and they process the verification form within 24 hours and your funds are cleared for release. Only took 3 days for my first cashout of $2,600 to arrive. Defo a much better site than Carbon!

Carbon paid me yesterday. The door bell rang and it was the UPS peeps with a letter for me. Contained within was a check from a bank in canada, to me, for my payout amount.

Looks like Carbon is still paying & along roughly the same time line (3-to- 4mos.)
I still have a bit left on there & have been pondering over what to do with it.
Pretty much every weekend I include a couple of tournaments from Carbon on my 'mtt playlist' but then NEVER actually play them (but keep thinking that I'm going to... 'maybe next weekend'). Tournaments have decent structure, good payouts for low buyin (ie. $11 mtt's) & fields are soft.
I can't see being too excited about making a final table (albeit unlikely) and then playing the waiting game for a withdrawal. I also have the feeling that one of these days/weeks/months, Carbon's payout times are going to get even longer & then perhaps non-existent.

I could just withdrawal the remaining balance & when it actually arrives I could just deposit it onto a site that actually pays out. Sounds like a better idea I'm thinking.
I rarely play on the site.... a few hands of micro/low cashgames once in awhile (10nl, 25nl). I noticed too that they no longer have 4nl tables (did they ever have 2nl?) and currently the lowest buyin level is 10nl. This got me wondering "Why would they elminate the smallest stakes from the lobby?" (at first it makes no sense... there's plenty of players who play in the micro buyin level). Then it dawned on me (I'm kinda slow)... for all of those players who would typically be playing 4nl, offering them only 10nl tables to sit on would likely have more of them needing to make deposits (as I'm sure many of them have pretty small bankrolls that might not sustain too much damage at 10nl).
Having more of these players making deposits sounds like a much better idea then keeping some of them happy by letting them play 4nl at least for a site that 'seems' to be having difficulty paying it's customers.

I would agree that CC IS PAYING OUT and the times vary GENERALLY from 2-4 mos. right now with the times improving generally but not fast enough.
Criticize CP bc they deserve it, but don't pretend like they aren't paying out bc that is simply false and they remain the site with the very best software and 1st or 2nd best MTT schedule daily from what I can tell.
If they get cashout times regularly back under 7 weeks, CP becomes the #2 option for US players again in my mind. That is a huge if however.

I always liked the Merge software best. But they have never, at least since BF, had anything close to decent cashout times. They got better than totally bad, but nowhere near decent. I blame UIGEA mainly, but since several other sites have figured out how to do it, Merge still shoulders much of the blame.

They did have 2nl iirc, but they've gotten rid of it along with their lowest stakes sng (they do have $1.50, but I could have sworn they used to have $1+.10), their freerolls (including CC, usually any other freerolls nowadays are private), and their lowest micro tourneys (none below $1, all the $1.10 now are satellites, 1 nightly $2.20 1k gtd with 3 hr late reg :eviltongu).
+1, the lobby and table emotes are great, plus they have THE best odd calculator/HUD that is FREE! I prefer their HUD to PT4. If they reintroduce some of the lower stakes and get better on payouts, like you said- I think they could really move up the ladder...

meh.. I think I'll just withdrawal my balance from there (leave $22 'just in case' I get a weird urge to play a Carbon tourney).
Might as well start the waiting process now while I'll feel there's still hope.

that's what I did, but left the odd amount which was something just under $4 (like 3.87). of course....their games are soooooo soft that I've already run it back up to $35+ in just a few hours of playing....so I may be facing the same dilemma again soon. I guess it's a good problem to have...

And 7 weeks is such an improvement I think it is worthy of bumping this thread just so a lot of folks see it.

it has no problem to get the cash today.
but ... holding so much cash is a horrible experience.
West Union pays me with 20s. so it fills in a lot in my pocket. It makes me look like a mobile version of ATM machine.
but anyway, it is fine today, I deposit the cash into my bank account. and it goes through in a second.
