Fast Funds - Bovada

Hey Guys,

I have been using Bovada for about a year and I withdrew some winnings about a month ago via VFF. It took 7 business days to receive my funds but now I have made another request and I am on the 10th business day and Bovada has said " the 5 to 10 business days is just a estimation it may take longer" I am starting to get nervous has anyone had this experience?

they dont payout on time

Indeed the time will depend on the method:

Check: 2-5 business weeks

Money Transfers: 24-48 hours

BitCoin: 24-48 hours (even less than that)

Debit Card: 24-72 hours

Requested payout they aprooved said it will be 10 days.Now its 14 days and no money.customer service just keep repeating to wait for it .

If you requested by bank draft, I'd say give it a few more days. I cashed out on 03/08, and just got the check in yesterday (03/23, so 15 days)

Tried to login today and the message was to call them.I did called and asked customer service whats going on and they told me that i will get paid but she never even gave me any time frame.She said they blocked my account because i told i will have to report them.As a new customer i wanted to get any explanation but they never did.All she was repeating that i will get paid .the email they sent me clearly said up to 10 days!!! now its 15 work days and no payout.They sounded to me like they begging for more time and they short on money.Reputable company would give an explanation and good time frame to make sure customer will come back but them seems dont care !!!!!I see i am not the only one lately not getting money !!!!!

boris slow your roll friend . they process thousands of cash outs a day man. they do sports bets as well as poker. give them some time. bovada took like 2 months to get me a check once. it should come just give it time.

Poker rooms have different time withdraw, the Cake Poker I expected exactly half a year on pokerstars for 1 minute, and that's the difference between poker rooms, because everyone has the welcome bonus super, receive money immediately. but when they do so it's withdraw problem

See the other thread. Apparently this is a known issue. My withdraw was approved 3/10 and "processed" 3/12 via VFF and over 16 business days after that "process" date still no money in my bank account from them.

Apparently there were a number of users reporting the same delays in beginning of March and other users who requested later in the month and already got paid. Very frustrating sitting around waiting for 1K to show up.

There are two way for you too get Bitcoin withdrawal "I think":

1) Make a deposit with Bitcoin.

I believe it has to be requested.

2) Call customer service and request a Bitcoin withdrawal.

I did the second option awhile ago on BCP and then made a deposit with Bitcoin on ACR and then had the Bitcoin withdrawal option.

I did a withdraw from America card room. Check came in about 2 weeks. Tried to deposit today.
Check failed to deposit via mobile App..said to use atm or teller

Went to bank atm..it eat my check and said it can't reuturn it..took my bank card also....wtf

Called Bank since they were closed..we see what happens next. They said to call back tomorrow
