Good day,

Please note that a check can take 3-4 weeks when it is sent through regular mail. For an additional $65.00 fee you can request it to be sent via courier and it will take 2-3 weeks.

Also check on our BitCoin option that takes 24 hours once is processed and it's totally FREE of fees.

Regards
Thank you for letting me know :) I will not worry about it until after 4 weeks now.

I said I would post an update. I received a check in the mail today. So the process was Requested a Check with no withdrawal fee on 9/6 it was then listed as a successful process by ACR on 9/7 which was a holiday (Labor Day) and I received the check today 9/23 for anyone who is interested that was my experience with ACR. I am quite satisfied with the withdrawal. As mentioned in post above there are faster options but for me the no fee check in the mail was what I wanted. Thanks ACR :)

Thanks for posting the time frames on receiving your check. I have requested a check and haven't received it yet (but wasn't really expecting it yet either). 16 days isn't bad! I hope mine gets here that fast! The $250 fee for a stop pay if the check is lost or stolen is a little scary. I sure hope mine doesn't get lost or stolen. And I'm glad I haven't seen any complaints about this happening with ACR. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

New to ACR

Hi,

Just joined ACR this week. :) So do most people request checks because it is cheaper? I have no experience with bitcoin....

My experience wit BCP is really bad once they moved to WPN! I was verified member when they still were wit Merge network, then my withdraw was canceled in WPN wit verification docs required AGAIN, and when i asked questions, support or security deartment never replied!

What's the least minimum that you can withdraw from ACR?

It depends from the withdraw method, the very minimum is $25 with Bitcoin and $50 wit e-wallet.

So, you prefer Merge? Excuse me while I lay down on the floor to laugh my butt off.

Never said i prefer Merge! But honestly their software is much better than WPN software, the only bad thing wit the network was the scams there ;) I just said its pretty annoying that they want us to verify ourselves again and security department never reply emails, i dont think its becuz of network, so dont blame Merge, excuse me :) !

I agree with Merge having the better software. Most everyone will agree with that. Merge has what I consider to be the best client software. However, their payout policies have sucked since Black Friday.

For most of us, the change to WPN by BCP was a godsend. We understood that the financials from Merge would not slide right over to the financials for WPN.

Every site has some form of KYC (Know Your Customer). There could be a Universal Way, except the UIGEA squashed what was close to being that Universal Way. That was 8 years ago, and I have even forgot what that company's name was. Someone will provide it shortly. They still exist, just not in the USA.

So buckle up, provide the fresh info any site that has your money wants, and get on with it. You will most likely only have to do it once.

FWIW, it is likely that ACR and BCP might each want the same info, but even though they are on the same network, you might have to provide it to each.

I understand but they should save all players details in their database no matter what and no matter they change the network, i really hate to send my private docs here and there to verify the same thing!

Good day,

Please note that we do not keep our customer's documentation for security purposes. Once the documents are received if you have different accounts within the network, all accounts will get certified. However, please note that our document request has been instated due to the following reasons:

  1. To maintain a high level of security.
  2. To validate your identity.
  3. To verify your financial transactions.
  4. To confirm that the credit card(s) and the transactions made are legit.

Aside from that, we guarantee that we will not use your documents for any other purpose than certifying your account.

Americas Cardroom is one of the world’s most trusted names in online poker and 95% of payouts are processed within 24 hours (Monday-Friday)

BitCoin cashouts are received in no more than 24 hours, check more BitCoin information here

Just wanted to post another update I previously posted about a successful ACR cash out via free check with date requested and received. I have now made a cash out using the free check method on Black Chip Poker as well. The check was requested on 10/25/2015 and received in the mail today 11/12/2015 in FL. So I have have now made recent successful cash out's on both ACR and Black Chip with in my opinion reasonable processing and mailing times. This post is for those curious as to actual times for processing from someone who has recently went through the process I hope it is helpful.

When you say "Universal Way" are you talking about FirePay and neteller? Those were pretty standard for pokerstars pre-Black Friday (I think they discontinued using FirePay and switched to NeTeller around 2005-ish). They were basically paypal sites.

Thank You for remembering NetTeller, which is the method I was referring to. I had a brainfart and it just wouldn't come to mind.

And yes, that is what I had in mind when I mentioned a Universal Method.

While PayPal purposely avoided gambling sites even back then, I have to think they would love to get involved in the future.

Separately,

Except for the occasional gripe about proving who you are, there really have been no systemic flaws in WPN's payout routines.

I posted how long it took for me to get the check by mail cash out on Black Chip and on ACR in previous post. I did a WU money transfer cash out on Black Chip and thought I would post the time it took on that for anyone interested. I requested the cash out at About 7:00 AM ET and the cash out was listed as "processing" the next day at about 3:45 PM ET the cash out was listed as "success" then at about 7:15 PM ET I received an email with all the info and went and got my money. By the way only the amount of the cash out will be pulled from your account at the time you request the cash out the fee is not taken when you request the cash out, you must have enough money in your account to cover the the fee after you request the cash out and as soon as the cash out is approved the fee will be pulled from your account and the cash out will then be listed as "success". Thanks Black Chip it was an easy and relatively quick process. :)

Hi,

Just joined ACR this week. :) So do most people request checks because it is cheaper? I have no experience with bitcoin....

I don't know about most people, but I took my withdraw as a check because it is cheaper, I could withdraw up to $2995 at a time, and I wasn't in a real hurry for the money. It was worth the wait to save the WU fee. And I don't do bitcoin either.

Well, warning about any deposit to ACR.
The second you send any money to ACR, its not your money anymore. You need to rake at least 10% of deposite ammount before withdrawal (so like betting it 2x on cash game).
Also its really "at least", you will not get exact numbers from support. So it can happen that at moment of withdrawal, it will be more actually.

Never met such harsh restrictions.

Also if you have won some money at cardschat etc and got player-player transfer, you will probably get harder restrictions.

So beware of any ACR deposit promotions as they are not so nice as they look.

this isn't only an ACR thing, and the reasoning is to prevent money laundering essentially (at least I would think, or simply preventing people from depositing and then withdrawing having not played at all but doesn't that just sound fishy anyhow?) .... I can't speak for depositing as haven't done so yet on either wpn skin however having playthrough on p2p transfers isn't new to anyone. 888poker has playthrough requirements on their p2p transfers as well, some sites you need to have deposited to use p2p etc.

The only thing I will say regarding playthrough on p2p transfer is that it sucks for anyone who may simply be looking to stake players vs actually doing any amount of play themselves because when they receive a transfer back they would then run into playthrough issues before they can resend to anyone else or withdraw .... had this issue on 888 before where I was staked and shipped funds back and the backer who doesn't really play much himself couldn't withdraw/transfer it without meeting playthrough requirements. Just to point out that its not like this is specifically a US facing site thing.

Besides in most situations anyone who plays and is making a deposit will have no issue meeting a 10% or more playthrough before they ever bother looking to withdraw. I will say yes I have heard some issues regarding the amount of playthrough required on p2p transfers varying and not being able to get an exact amount but have never run into issues myself with sending or receiving p2p transfers where I was prevented due to needing to playthrough.

sne beat me to it. yeah its going to depend on the method, I had a check withdrawal from bcp (not acr but same network) and took like 2-3 weeks If I recall.

They also have bitcoin option which would be the quickest method. So depends on the methods available to you.

Indeed the time will depend on the method:

Check: 2-5 business weeks

Money Transfers: 24-48 hours

BitCoin: 24-48 hours (even less than that)

Debit Card: 24-72 hours
