I believe that people play poker online for several reasons:
1) Because this is the only option in places where casinos are not allowed or where there are no clubs to play.
2) Practicality often exists, but it is too far, you would spend a lot of money on gas and food. And a club can hardly provide buy-ins for all budgets. The chance of being profitable in the long run is greatly reduced.
3) The atmosphere in certain clubs is often quite toxic and unpleasant. There are also arrogant, cheating, negative, violent, prejudiced people in online poker, but when it is much better when you play without sitting next to them.
4) The game happens all the time, it makes it more accessible for everyone to play.
5) You can play at several tables and several tournaments simultaneously, increasing the volume of play and reducing the bad effects of the variance.
However, I must admit that the glamor of a big live tournament is very exciting, and nothing beats the adrenaline of a face-to-face game.

Hi. There are several reasons why I play online poker. First of all, I'm an introvert. Secondly, in our country, the game of poker is limited. Third now I have to stay at home because of family problems. Fourth, it is really convenient and comfortable. Fifth, there is a large selection of poker rooms and tournaments. I also find it hard to hide my emotions on my face.

In my opinion people play more online poker then live poker because its more comfortable you can play in your underwear

If you are a tournament player and bust a tournament there is not a problem you can register to a new tournament .
So online poker is comfortable and faster .

i like online more convenient plus it would take me 30 min to get to a casino to play live play for awhile drive back 30 min maybe have won some money maybe not. online i get into a tourney no waste of time just click register if i want click on register again and play in another one i don't have to sit and wait for the dealer to deal out the next cards online must faster i play up to 4 tourney's at once compared to only 1 live so has a lot to do with not wasting time driving to get somewhere have all the necessities at home i need don't have to pay for drinks or something to eat all here at home

People play online poker for many reasons. some of those reasons maybe that online poker is more convenient for them. You have various options of poker games to choose from that may not be at some of the casinos you play poker at. You could play poker online in the comfort of your home.You don't have to worry about second hand smoke that be at some casinos and you could play more than one poker games at the same time.

They do it to learn, when the face the game at their beginning poker times. I used to play money a lot during my beginners time. That helped me a lot to introduce myself to the poker environment. Once I immigrated to real money I play money very seldom and only for all in gambling.

I play poker becouse it's interesting, i like good tournaments, when u had deeprun ( finale table), when u do moves and it's work ) and if u play well you can won good money... If u love poker - it's with you all your life. I like play online and ofline poker...
