What do you do while playing poker?

For me I can't focus on playing poker without noise around me. I have to be watching something on TV or a series on Netflix while I am playing. If i'm not watching TV then I have to be listening to music. I am pretty sure the majority of people are completely opposite from me, but what do you guys do?

Kodi krypton movies or youtube.com music videos. I lose focus as well and especially while playing Omaha I like to have something else to look at while I play.

I think listening to music, if there is not only a game option, will be much better than watching movies, because at least the visual concentration on the game will not disappear anywhere.

Whilst playing poker I always have my favorite heavy metal playlist on the background to keep me focused and hyped. If I'm running lot's of tables at the same time I usually just stick to poker+music, if I'm running 1-2 tables you might find me scrolling through my news feed..

Basically I'm reading about poker and the news on the Internet when I'm playing, right now I'm writing this post in time for the game)
I prefer not to listen to music, it distracts me very much!

I see a lot of player listening to music at the live poker table I think it's to relax more, it does not help focus, it's another way of not listening to what the opponents are talking about so you stay focused on the actions of the players. Poker is a game that in some situations will make you think a lot to make a decision sometimes the music can mess up or not I particularly do not like every thing in due time this is my opinion gl
