In general the players online are better, often tighter, usually more aggressive and uses a lot programs like HUDs to assist their game.

They also multi-table and are less social. The chat nowadays is often used rarely.

I have to contradict you here: in my opinion, the chat nowadays is rarely used often :)

The best part about playing in Play money tourneys is the social aspect. People n real money tourneys are just focused on making money and there is virtually no chat

Talking to people. There's really no difference between online and real poker but talking to players. People play so good that an average player can't really read the emotions unless you are a former FBI agent😂 By talking to people you can get so many information about your opponents, and information is everything on the poker table.

En poker online las probabilidades son un chiste, hay algunas manos que solo piensas que es un truco del sistema. En poker live las probabilidades se cumplen mejor y lees la conducta de los demas.

The Difference I see is , You tend to see "juicer" flops online almost always. IMO. From My Experiences. 98% of the hands that fall everybody in the hand has a piece. The suckouts are unbelievable. This is why I don't invest my money into Online poker. I still don't truly trust it and actually probably never will. All the Money I have accumulated have been through freerolls and tourneys ive paid for with the freerolls. Am I saying Online poker is a complete robbery , but until they can fully prove 100% legitimacy Ill never invest a large bankroll in it. Granted I kind of veered away from the question a little with that

Hi to all. Personally, I'd better play live poker. Because live poker is first and foremost live communication, and if this communication happens to your friends at the end of the work week, then this is a common concern

Personally I prefer live poker, I prefer human error when dealing cards than a computer that decides who wins and who loses regardless of the hand you have. today and due to the problem of the global pandemic, of course I prefer online, hehehehehe, but today nothing more

Online poker is much better than live imo because for example there are less maniacs that play 72o as if it was AA when they feel like it, and because one can play much more hands in a small amount of time but live that is not possible, and because you can chill and wear no cloths while playing and many more benefits.

When you play online you don't have to make unavoidable chitty chatty. If you want to sit out, you can do it casually. You can listen to music, watch, uhm, pornhub, etc.

I think that a lot, one does not perceive the nervousness, the power to interact at the moment of the bets, waiting for some signal from the opponent

it has been a lot of time since i start playing poker , but i have a question in mind . Besides not been able to see your opponents faces , and emotions . What are the other differences between Online poker and real ??

Look, I see a lot of difference in the amount of hands that is played online, which is much bigger. It gets to be 5 X more hands ... that's good.
We will not have the tells we have live but there are many tells online too ... Online we find many more players who have no idea what they are doing, because of the ease of playing and having free games, which is more difficult to see yourself live. Players beginners make much more blatant mistakes live than online because of the online betting automations the standard in this case. It really has a lot of differences but the game is the same. GL friend!

The volume of hands per hour is enormous in online poker. Especially if you are multi-tabling. I am a better live player because of table talk. I work as a contract negotiator and reading people is something I have to do day in and day out. That transfers much better to live play than online. Online is robotic in decision making IMHO...

The real difference between real life and online life is great. In real life poker you can play with many cards and you can win. In online poker I think the more you give the poker site the more it weighs. This is my opinion.

I will say online and live are two different animals. With live I think hands tend to be more random. You can also get better reads on your opponents and it can be a more social game if that's your thing. When it comes to online I've found that it's a program that has to follow a set of rules that are in place. There are certain patterns you can pick up on when it comes to certain hands or spots. Also, it is tough to get a read on players. Additionally, these days many players use software to enhance their game and some of these platforms have bots. Both forms of poker have there place though.

It depends on the person, on his acting quality, in a live game there are players who know how to hide their emotions and who do not know, do not know why I do better online:cool:

The one true major difference are the live reads and tells that players give off during hands. Something we cannot spot in an online game.

The difference is significant, namely in off-line you get more information from your opponent

online you can play more hands per hour, more tables, and use software to get extra information about your opponents

online is typically tougher because of all this added information and the fact that people are playing from home and are in their comfort zone

when you play online there is a lot more under your control than when playing live, and so if you use everything available you can have a much bigger advantage than otherwise!
