I also prefer normal tables. Zoom is too fast for me on the one hand and I want to be able to adjust to the opponents at the table. It might make more sense in a hyper tournament if you get into the push or fold phase relatively early, but zoom is not suitable for me for slower games.

I play both depending on my mood. I do like the speed of zoom tables since waiting time is much shorter. But you have to play a bit more tighter because people are tending to play a tighter range because things go so fast.

Well my main thing to say would be to be careful with the hands you play. Keep in mind that people usually choose their best hands to play, so even if you have a premium hand, it won't be as good as it would on a normal table.

I do like the fast zoom games, but then when I want to see who wins that hand, I can't when I fold my cards. It is much faster, but I enjoy sitting at one table and getting to know the players, and their style of betting!

I have found zoom to be much more difficult than a regular table. There are usually much better players there. At least that has been my experience.
