when your cards match those that are on the table and you think what your opponent, the heart begins to beat at a high speed.

Hello, who will tell you how to get rid of tilt, after major losses? The discipline of the game is very affected because of this.

I play spins on PS, at first I win somewhere around 70% of games, but after a string of losses I start tilting, as a result, the session is minus and I can not stop

If you are nervous when you play than you have already lost. A key aspect, in my opinion, is having a detachment to the money that is in play. If you are not able to make the correct move due to fear of losing or playing above your means then it is going to be an issue in the long term and most likely in the short term as well.
I've seen this play out a lot for me, wholly agree! GREAT POINT! That has to BE THEE ONLY WAY or else how could they play nose bleed stakes thinking Ooops there goes the house, there goes the Ferrari lol but easier said than done!

I think it basically comes down to this; if you're nervous then that means that you're probably playing higher stakes than you should be playing! It wouldn't make sense for you to be nervous with 100 in the bank playing .25/.50 stakes or maybe you're playing a high variance game with a high percentage of your stack like Omaha Hi/Lo or buying in a tournament with more than 20% of your bankroll. I think it boils down to finance imo.

Before the session, I know that in the case of tilt, we must stop, but already in the game of this I do not think at all

I'm helped by cigarettes and sometimes alcohol .... sometimes during a break in the tournament I start doing physical exercises, squat, push up

Sometimes I want to smash the monitor in anger. I understand that the nerves interfere with the game but I can not help myself.
I do not get nervous, maybe a bit tense on some decisions.
I like playing for fun, seeking of course financial gain as well.
It is important to know how to control yourself, to help with your important decisions.

Good game and good luck always friend!

i think the word nervous is wrong, I think the correct word is tension or a lot of tension .. so, when i play, do i have a lot of tension? yah .. when? when i have aces .. when i have premiums the tension comes to me ... but that's why we have to differentiate between tension and fear ... fear doesnt come to me ... comes the tension for wanting to do it in the best way ..

Are you nervous when you play? My answer is not. What I do is what I thought, and I can not blame others for my ignorance.

Not nervous - just a stupid player. This is a normal reaction to the game.

In the last time since I just lost, I became very nervous. Even if I have 10 years of experience, I would like to think of a poker specialist. It would help me a lot. Thank you.
