Depending on where I am playing I either:
A) Ignore them and listen and just listen to music like I typically do while playing poker at this particular place.
B) Try to make casual conversation as I try to take their money, just like I do with everyone else there.

You need to treat them with the same respect you give to other male players, sure she could be a fantastic date but you are there for one thing and that is to crush them and beat them into submission until you reach the top.
I once finished Heads up against a beautiful Woman in a tourney, and going into it I had 3 times more chips so really it should have been a slam dunk! But! I started to limp into too many hands not re-raising when I should have and before you knew it we were close to level stacks.
I said to her "I'm playing this all wrong" and she asked "what do you mean?" and I just said "Raise!" and from there on I was back to my A-game and reversed the situation, until I finally beat her.
Afterwards she asked me what I meant by saying "I was playing this all wrong" and I told her it was my beautiful opponent that put me off my A-game and being the gentleman I am I really did not want to crush her at the table, but realised that in order to win I had to be more aggressive and push her around, stealing blinds and use all the rest of my weapons in my arsenal to beat her. She was a good player and I was not treating her as an opponent more like the Goddess she was.
She Smiled and said "Thank you for treating me as an opponent, most men just sit there looking at her Breast's"
