My advice for beginners is very pragmatic:
Play only in freerolls and build your bankroll.
Your discipline is your key to success.

For tournament: Be patient. The cards will come.

For cash games: Don't, unless you can leave the table when you're ahead. Set yourself a % goal, and if you get there.....LEAVE!!!

Fold more than call. Wait for good cards and position instead of trying to bluff and force a win.

if you think that 80% of hands are thrown out in poker, then you need to play the remaining 20% or even less

Position is important! You cannot (or rather should not) play the same hands in all positions. On a related note: Use & Learn RFI charts!

Save bluffing for later down the road when you understand the game better.

Tip

Dont ever think you have the game mastered. Pocket aces are not unbeatable and just bc you have chips now doesn't mean you can call every pre flop bet.

Looks like you can learn a thing or two yourself. To play low cards you should master the game first and know exactly what you doing.
'Don't fold low cards cus u can hit' is probably the worst advice that you can give.

I would say - discipline. Fight with your emotions. Poekr is a long term game and you should focus only on making good dexisions right here right now.

Try to avoid bluffing low stake games, you will get called a lot more and I would advise playing tighter as a beginner. Playing loose trash hands.will get you into trouble post flop unless very experienced and even then I would stick away from
