You get runs of really bad luck... losing back to back hands to 2-outers or runner-runner flush draws or the like has happened to most of us. The last tournament I bust out of I did so by losing literally back to back hands with a full house losing to better a full house, heads-up against the same opponent both times. Hated it, but it happens.
As others have noted, you probably need to be playing at lower stakes, so you're not losing your bankroll in one go. The other thing to bear in mind is that while in the short-term you've been on the wrong end of these calls, these are where the profit comes from in the long term. So you've had a run of the 1-in-5 shots hitting? I happens. Over the long run you'll double up on those 4-in-5 times. You are talking about 10's of thousands of hands, though, not just a few. The point of bankroll management is to ensure you don't go broke in the downswings.
Think of it like this... you'll play a few hands, and you'll put money in the pot before you get some back. You have to be able to take that swing before you get the full reward, just on that hand. Over a number of hands you may have a run of bad cards before you get something playable, and put in some blinds with nothing coming back. Again, you have to be able to cover that with your bankroll. After that you have those runs where you wait for the right cards, then miss, and have to cover that, too. Finally you have runs where you flop the best hand and get outdrawn even with monsters. You have to cover that last one, too, and that's generally the most expensive one, because you'll be right to put your money in as strong favourite to win. All you can do is ensure your money lasts to come back with the corresponding up-swing, and analyse your play to make sure you're not adding to the losses with other significant leaks.
