That's a good approach. I probably average 4-5 tables and it seems impossible to take notes with that much going on, but the focusing on the final table folks is a good approach. I'm quicker to look people up on sharkscope.
I know a lot of the regs but I still make notes when they make unusual moves (for them) more than once. Basically I know their style of play and don't need to make notes about that but something new appears in their game I write it down. The play they made may never show up again because it was just an aberration but if it's something they have added to their toolbox then at least I am ready for it next time.
Way too many players in online games so i don't make any notes of anyone but i'm happy to recognize someone against whom already played so very often i'm starting to chat.
I always take notes. For me it is a great tool. It doesn't always work, but above all it is a great help. In a free spin, I want to know who pushes all the time, most of the time with nothing. I want to know for the most part who the tight players are, and for sure who the reckless players are.:deal:
sometimes, but i hardly play the same opponents again on stars or on any other sites so it is limited to the time i spend at the table with them in usefulness.
