Yes very often because theyre 10% equity will happen on average 10% of the time. That 1 in 10 times will always feel like every other time. You just have to accept it. Im sure we've all been on the lucky side once in a while too. I know I have.I learn ,but very often happens That I been badbeat frome someone who not deserve it to winn, but ok thats reallity.....
When you lose for hours, or for days on end, what do you learn from your losses?
I have friends who think that poker is a sport to spend a few hours, regardless of losing or winning!
from these statements what do you think you can learn from your defeats?
After losing , I try to analyze where I wrong, we can not fix our mistakes if we can not see where we are wrong
as a consequence of this, I usually do analize hands, reviewing games can cause you to stay positive
what the foundation to enter into an aimless poker tournament?
if you do it in, you will surely lose your money
Chess isn't comparable. If you study chess enough you work out playstyles that force either stalemate or you winning. The top chess players cannot lose.Yes. Like with any (strategic) game, actually. Why bother playing something if you don't care about improvement? It's the learning process that I like the most.
In chess, I spent hours and hours doing nothing more than practicing tactical positions. I studied opening lines. I studied my own games, to see where I went wrong. I played and played against many different opponents, trying out new ideas, and generally developing a better intuition.
Especially if there is money involved: why would you not want to learn from your mistakes?
