how to handle lost

When i lose in cash game,mostly it is because i made some big mistake.
I am just begginer,so i accept that if i do wrong i can lose some money,but i want to invest some of my losses to learn better.But when i play freerolls and i be beaten with some stupid calls,such 7-2 of suite and i hold AA i still didnt learned that i have to supress my fealings nad move on.
I hope i will learn how to play better pockets and how to deal with maniac in freeroll.

If I lose and I have played a bad game or knock out with some sort of horrible play I get a little bit annoyed with myself

That is why I stick to freerolls and very low stakes tourneys.

I use to be a shocker. Id get myself so worked up, then BAM and the dirt is gone.
I had to step away from the tables for a while, teach myself some self discipline, and now I'm a completely different person.
Most of my reaction were due to other things in life, not poker, so now that has changed for the better, so has my outlook on everything.

To be honest i tend to blame myself for my poor desicions, the websites are usually pretty fair in my eyes.

I get mad sometimes, can't say I don't but I keep it to myself. No need to be a butt about it and take it out on others at the table. Sometimes I think online poker is rigged but more likely than not its just my bad playing style.
