For now, I would say that regular tournaments are the game mode where I achieve the best results and feel the most comfortable. However, it's also true that it's what I've dedicated the most time to.

I feel confident when the blinds increase slowly, and there is plenty of time to play.
Tournaments that progress too quickly are not something I particularly enjoy.

No limit hold em. I have won Omaha tournaments but find they are more difficult to make money from due to larger variance. More players finding straights and flush pes and full houses.

I prefer to play in regular tournaments and knockout tournaments and play much less often at the Spin&go and Zoom tables!!!

Sit and gos are my favourite (6 seater) and I profit from them but the most profit is from free rolls in particular satellites that get you to Sunday millions tournaments where I’ve won much larger pots.

This is because poker is a zero-sum game. For you to win, someone else must lose, and vice versa.Poker tournaments inherently have much higher variance than other poker formats.
Heads-up is where all the money is made because there is a big difference between winning the tournament and coming in second.
Poker is a hard way to live an easy life.

I prefer NL Hold'em and I only play MTT tournaments and of course freerolls. I don't like cash games, and I'm not interested in other types of poker either.

Holden then Omaha, although Omaha has huge variance, I have had some Omaha success in the past, Omaha can be a very exciting format. Wouldn’t mind playing 7 card games at some stage.
