That Cool. Even though you are a recreational player, Poker has awakened some skill in you, be it the focus, or the ability to focus on multiple people.
That's the incredible thing, Poker always evolves you somehow!

Sure does ... as do all experiences in life. Plus, if you spend some time at them, you are bound to get better.

online poker has many lessons to be learned, some could be considered personal improvement lessons while others could be considered life lessens.
If you keep things in perspective you will yield the results in the long run.

As for me, if he was not in my life, it would not be like that, and so I learned a little bit to control myself + read people, and of course money. :) :) :)

I found your answer very interesting.

What are the main drawbacks of online poker?

I share with many of the comments. I think poker helped me a lot to have self control. I also think it is the best way to spend free time. It is a good way to relax. And it also teaches you to control emotions. Because you go through all the phases emotionally in the game.

It helped me a lot during lockdown to not get crazy.
I played a lot more and decided to start study now.

It made me confident and a better critical thinker. Also I don’t get as upset about negative events in my life anymore.

Patience! I have learned to be more patient and this is because I have been playing more and found that when I implement Patience into my game I play better. So now I'm trying to implement Patience into things and situations outside of the poker table.

I could write a book about how poker changed my life. It caused me 1 divorce but created a new relationship for me, ( met my current partner playing poker in a pub 10 years ago). Poker provided me with opportunities to travel and meet other like minded poker players from all over the globe. Got to sit down and play with some of the best poker players in the world. Playing poker taught me a lot about myself and how I deal with situations both at the tables & in my real life. I’ve realized that I work best under pressure. It’s also humbled me because I know I still have so much to learn and I look forward to the journey ahead.
