If I had to, Chris Moneymaker. I think he's probably about as soft as it gets for pros whose names are known. Honestly, I don't know why I'd want purposely go into a game knowing I was the worst player. There are lots of more fun ways to part with my money.
I'd love to play Phil Galfond in his PLO HU challenge. Not that I'd think I'd beat him. But I've watched all his videos in PLO and it would be fun to play against someone whose game I've analyzed so much of.
