No contest for me as I play poker for myself. I only watch team sports if money is riding on it as I find it all a bit strange to be a fan of anything it seems pointless, I like playing footy just as much as I like playing poker though.

Haha, this is the simplest decision ever. I don't watch football, I played when I was young and then left it in the past. In fact, I don't watch TV, well, only ever so rarely like a few times a year and it's either online or not on my TV and not by my choice. Besides, I've got a dad who keeps me up to date with all the results from many sports that I don't even care to know, but he's got plenty of energy to tell me everything and I gotta listen. I'm the kind of person who would rather practice a sport than watch others do it. I care just as much about politics and religion, but I wouldn't practice these in a million years.
Short answer: Poker or any other activity that involves me doing it, physically.
However, between poker and watching the night sky, mainly in silence, lying on the beach and listening to the waves, not caring about what is happening around me, maybe cracking a joke every now and then with my wife next to me, I'd choose the latter

I only watch football, on the day of the Champions League final I was watching the game on my cell phone and playing poker on my computer

soccer is a way of life, since I was little and admired that sport is in my heart in my way of being, I grew up watching roberto carlos lo galacticos, brazil in 2002, argentina de batistuta and others, england, germany, colombia etc.. he Poker is more of a hobby that sometimes I play but soccer is my passion and I love seeing Real Madrid or Caracas FC (Venezuela) win and that raises my adrenaline and gives me a unique happiness as well as sadness but that's life , long live football.
