A clear head is always best. I usually drink in moderation, because I don't like hang overs, or losing self control. If you have a little too much fun, it helps to take a couple aspirin and drink as much water as is comfortable, before you fall asleep. The hydration helps minimize the pain when you wake.

Well I don't play drunk for sure. I eat some so the hang over goes away. I play sometimes that I am tipsy and that makes me more aggressive. I mean really agro. [emoji19]

It's like anything if you want to get good at it you have to practice. I play live poker drunk all the time. The trick is to not get into the 14-18 doubles range. If I stay at the 10 doubles level of being drunk, I still can concentrate and take advantage of people how think I'm too drunk to know what's happening

From my experince I've learned that I play better drunk than hangover, which is pretty surprising to me. When I'm hangover I just Think too slow to multi table. That has made me pretty much never drink as its pretty much 2 days off.
