It's not as easy of a question as a lot of people are suggesting.
Aces require more skill to play, provided you're not short stacked. After the flop, you're going to have to figure out if your Aces are still good, on each and every street.
Deuces are pretty easy, you hit a set on the flop or you toss them in the muck.
You're more likely to make less money and lose more money with Aces.
You're more likely to lose less money and make more money with Deuces.
I like both hands.

I would play any Pocket Pair against a short stack every time, I have called all-in shoves from short stacks with Pocket 2s and won. I have also called with Pocket Aces and lost, at the end of the day you need to remember a short stack will shove with any 2 cards when they are feeling lucky, Ace/Rag, suited connectors even off suit connectors.
The thing to remember is you already have a pair, they don't and in order for them to beat your Pocket pair is they must hit the flop, you don't need to hit.
In a Live game I once called an all-in without looking at my cards simply because I had 20 times more chips than the other player, I had a stack of 60,000 to his 3,000 So I was calling with any 2 cards, I won with a 6/2 off because I paired the 2 on the river against his A/K suited Game Over!

Oh man I was playing a freeroll and was busy doing something else and got a pair of 2s went, all in 3ways and hit a set on the river.. other guy had AA. Felt bad as I didn't out right knock him out but crippled him badly.
