of course the best to play on computer, it more comfortable. To play on telephone or tablet only one table and if you have not got computer near the hands
I only play on the computer because USA really doesn't have a whole lot of options. If I did know a good room with a mobile client I would use both depending on what I'm doing.
I only play online poker on my PC which has more advantages than playing on a phone and these advantages are that you can do other things at the same time while playing on a PC and obviously you can't do much when you play on a phone.And of course your PC won't bother you with messages to recharge it.
the computer is very convenient to open multiple tables simultaneously, and monitor the statistics of the game at different tables, and on the phone, only play if turned off the light or close to no Computer literacy.
I play on my computer because my phone is a piece of crap and I like playing on my computer has a bigger screen and I can play more tables while still being able to concentrate on each one
I prefer to play on a PC because I get more relaxed, because I like to listen to music and sometimes watch a TV series, and on the cell phone the screen is smaller and the battery does not support much.
I try to play on ipad but it is bad > slow and may lost connection. Besides, you cannot track the hand history and improve.

I play on my phone a lot, it's just more convenient and I can watch sports at the same time. I do switch to the computer deep in big tournaments and final tables when I need to completely concentrate on the game
Mobile games are usually rushed, the screen is cramped, too much information all loaded into one tiny screen. When I play on my PC I can make some coffee, set it down, get an ashtray, drink my coffee, relax. Playing poker on my PC is definitely relaxing for me.
