Hey boys. I prefer to play after work to calm down from a stressed day. Ofc sometimes if you running good in a tournament it's getting very late. But if you get some cash ins it feels not that terrible.. Only after waking up to the next working day tired as hell.. Haha

I usually find I play better while the sun is shining, noon to late afternoon, most Casino's in the World will not have windows, so it is hard to tell what time it is, as they want you to keep on gambling (and losing).
I don't remember who it was, but a top Professional in an interview was asked a similar question about where he prefers to play? In the USA or UK and his immediate response was definitely the USA, when asked why? he said there are more Casino's in the USA therefore more "Fish to fry".
I do not want to offend any American's but what he was actually referring to was the simple fact there are more people living in the USA so obviously more mediocre players around.
Choosing your time when to play can have an advantage,because if it is early in the day where you live, It could be late at night where other players live and therefore may have had a couple of beers, (or more).
So to make the best of that type of advantage, you have to experiment with Time Zones to find the optimum Time to play, for yourself, depending on where you live in the World.
Personally I don't want to spend my time, finding the best time for myself, I just want to have some fun.

For me, the time when I play is not a question, if I feel good and want to play poker, then I play whenever during the day or night. If I ever get so good that I earn my income with it then I think maybe it will come up with the question of when I play best because I think that is the most important thing with this question of when to play. And how many people then play. But since I'm not that good, the question doesn't arise and I play whenever I feel like it and, to be honest, that's almost always, but recently I've been stepping back a little and I don't try to play so often at night anymore, mainly because I just can't play through the night as well lately and just get tired. But every now and then play at night too

I don't particularly see it as a day or night matter but rather how many people and what type of players are playing. I prefer rush for that matter and go in whenever there are over at least 200 playing (usually daytime). And I have the regs tagged. I see no point to fight with regs at their peak. I do put up a fight with them at (night) times but I play differently and only when there are very few players and mostly regs.. Against the ocean, tag works. Against regs, lag works and sometimes passive as they seem to aggressively donate. Regs I avoid during the day and fight them at night. Daytime is for everyone else.

I have adjusted my playing schedule now so when i am playing a bigger buy in and its a late start - i normally only do that if i have a day off the next day, this helps me relax, play better as im not worrying about getting up and feeling rough for work the next day lol !

I usually start the day playing a hyper at morning, in the afternoon are the better tournaments to me, and like so much to play at night but sometimes i sleep.. on ITM when paused 5min is sad..lol[emoji41][emoji477]
