Better play during the evening for me! Tend to be more relaxed and switched off. Play whilst in bed with a cup of tea

I recommend playing at the time and day where you have time because if you play during the day and work begins to unbalance the rhythm of the game and if you arrive at night tired you cannot concentrate on the plays and strategies.
