god damn i suck so hard at tournies, notch up busto number 2, at least i made it past hour 1, shippo

also combu, you playing 200nl fr or tournies atm?

and do you want me to sweat you to tell you your awsome and to rap to you

better be 200nl! his expectation at 200nl fr is so much higher than in those lame-o tournaments.

1,400 hands. -$8.1K. weeeeeeeeeee. Sick coolers though, nothing I could have done other than not play at all, lol

I would have preferred a 20,000 hand break-even stretch as punishment for running good lately, but it doesn't usually work that way, does it? So lame imo

To address a couple of interesting topics ...

- When I see an SN or even an SNE now at the tables I do my research. I found out seeing a SN at 50nl means nothing skill wise, just that they play a lot.

- I did some research and gathered the names of about 25 regulars I have seen a lot of at 100nl FR so far. The average winrate (estimated, it's not exact) was only 1.6BB/100. That's honestly not too impressive. The two SNE I looked up were both 0BB/100.

SNE's generally have tiny winrates at ring games

god freaking dammit, busto'd all out of everything. Last hand was pretty lame, shove 5bb stack in the CO with k,j, button insta shoves over top, sb insta shoves over top of that, and the bb insta calls all the shoves. Insta sigh by me ldo., they flips over 7's, a,k and kings respectively

ploHU is easy trust me, just play position and rep the nuts a lot in position and its easy money. Position > cards

I don't think i will ever ever win a tourny of >300 players ever in my life i suck so bad at them. Not that i care since tournies and holdem suck but meh

zach's ring game holecards up vid was 25NL FR i think, but will require more effort searching than i can be bothered with atm. let me know if you find it so i can maybe archive it.

Did that video ever get released?

Zach, Chuck, Fredrick, I and lot of other CC reg did a 25NL FR session last August where we all sent our hand histories to Zach in the end so he could make the video. Of course, it's as far as you can think of typical 25NL FR as we all - appart from Fredrick - tried to outlag each other. So average pot size was like 60bb and the waiting list for our table was worthy of a table where a pro would have been sitting... :D

Tonight was the president's new year's wishes at my company. Turns out we didn't fare as bad as expected for 2008 and he quoted an allegedly famous Chinese proverb that said "In a crisis, the fat get thin and the thin get dead....", which really froze the atmosphere until he added "well, of course we are fat and so we'll be fine and we'll eat the little ones". Nothing like a like cannibalism and necrophagia to put people in a good mood... :D

At least there was loads of champagne and caviar and stuff afterwards, so in retrospect we'll only remember how drunk we were and who cares the big boss is a moron...

Now let's play some poker.

non. Just depressed because I somehow spent all day doing absolutely nothing :(

Until now! I finally got my last $400 (assuming something doesn't go wrong with the transaction...which is a pretty stupid assumption) from party! This feels like a million times better than making 2200 in a day. **** party. **** you party. Piece of shit site. Take your $14 in inactivity fees and shove them up your ass with a cactus.

yep.

Don't play for long enough, and they start taking money from your account in $7 chunks. For some reason it only happened for 2 months then it stopped for some unknown reason, but it's still ridiculous.
