I would build a cabin in the woods, equip it with all the gizmos, sat internet, a great PC set, lock down the cabin, as tight as a jew`s wallet, and buy me a ticket to Bora Bora, i would spend at least a month there soaking up the sun and swimming in the clear blue water, then come back home, get food for a month, lock my self in the cabin an play as many tournaments as i can

Give my current house to one of my siblings, then buy myself a better one, and a nicer vehicle(some new comfy minivan maybe) and then put about 50% of the remainder in a fund for my child, and use the remanider to to live on comfortably while hopefully winning more tournaments and growing it.
