It would change the way of deciding who wins a hand if both use and form a double pair with the community cards, then it would give priority to whoever has another pair in hand even though it is less than the one formed on the table. That is, if on the flop there is kk9 on turn 6 and river 6 but a player has 55 in hand that does not define the kicker but who had the advantage before the river.

I agree with this. I think the same

i would ban huds on all sites....they make players lazy, and weak players stronger without the effort.
I totally agree! Poker would have to be a mind sport, not a machine sport.

I would end the bans and blocking of players around the world There is no reason why people should not be able to play this game when and were they want from the safety of there own home.

I would leave everything as is, except money withdrawal from account. It appears to be a one way
deal. They want your money right now but if you want your back they gave you too much hassle..
No wonder some countries dont allow their citizens in those kind of environments.

I agree with you.

Perhaps the solution would be a monopoly among all betting companies, obtaining a single bank that has an agreement with all the central banks in the world, allowing transactions to be withdrawn or deposited instantly allowing access to the user in real time.
Maybe it will.

I would change us players can play on all sites and then we will see what the best site is out there and a lot of this site's would be going out of business they have a lot of rules I don't agree with and the only reason most of this site's are in business now is because Americans players can only play on certain sites it a fact

May be, the big problem of the government is the great difficulty to collect tax, since the bills linked to the rooms are often outside your country.

Your right about the rooms being out of the country but that ctn be remedied easily I believe. They could just require the site to move a server to the US and have offices here. Require a 3% fee per per dollars played per tournament and something on cash games and the government should be happy. They could also require the sites to send tax form to all players who make a profit each year as well. Yes it maybe some work for the sights but in 2010 poker stars and full tilt had over 350K players combined each night playing. I am sure the sites would do a lot to get into the states.

I would ban all those players that ruin the game by going all in every hand, poker is a game of skill & luck. If people ho all in every hand then they are not taking it seriously

if there is something i would like society to view poker as a sport and become more accepted like other board games and competition.

when you are looking for the perpetrator of a particular act...in this case black friday...look for who will profit from it.

i cannot believe that the feds who closed down full tilt, or the democratic administration for enforcing the republican uiga, did it because they were fighting for the little man.

bribe merchants ( lobbysists, surely) like Adelson...were only the tip of the iceberg...

Tax,,,the power possessors dont like people making money without paying tax...even though every product one buys with money is taxed multiple times.

For people to stop calling it a gambling and illegal game, there is nothing wrong with poker and it is something super special and exciting to be able to play it.

I understand your thinking.
But see, if a person has their family destroyed by any card game, it automatically lights a negative alert on the matter. I say this from my own experience, because my grandfather was that person, so my father had this prejudice.
But after seeing what it really is and over time that feeling has been eliminated.

Now looking at society as a whole, any game that involves betting is harmful in a way, to prove it, how many people do not put their lives at risk to just deposit in a poker room believing they will be lucky.

So we can say that there are always two sides, the conscious players who really know it is a recreation or a positive profession and the dark side, which are the sick people who need help.

It is a difficult situation.
Well, a senior told me how an ex neighbor of her betted her house and lost.:(
