I tilt all the time due to bad bankroll management, recently i have been studying more about ranges and playing marginal hands badly, made a few tweaks and have been handling it a lot better,I still use a few choice words when the villain hits their runner runner flush but i know in the long run it will level out,and i never complain when i suck out on the river so i have to accept everyone else will.

The advice I can give you is what solved for me. I do not go into tilt anymore, and why? Because I understand all the situations that can occur and why. Study hard, so you will not feel better!

It's hard to hold back. But everyone had it and do not blame yourself for it. Knowing about this, you need to teach yourself to manage your emotions, otherwise you will remain with 0.

Analyze the hand and move on. Learn from mistakes that you made and if you played the hand correctly and was dealt a bad beat by a fish, then also remember that you can cannot control the actions of others, only your own actions.

i am so vulnerable to bad beats i just go on tilt and go all in with whatever i have left ,which leaves me with heavy loses ,any advice?

Say if u play +EV just not lucky never problem.
If u play Chas game and u feel tolt , go sit out.

Traning u tilt controll play many 25c spin ang go. Many flip , big variance in chips , but chieap not problem if u tilt 5 BI.

Depends

Depends on how tilted you are ... if it is something that you can just take a few moments out of the table, then ok .... go drink something and get a breath ....
If it is something that will keep you thinking on the same thing for a long time and affect your A game, just stop playing for some days.

tilt

The best advice in such a situation is to calm down and realize that you are now in just such a state-tilt. It is better to find the strength in yourself and throw off all mediocre hands, and if you understand that you cannot leave the table (computer). So find the strength to fold everything except a good hand. And at least put your all on it every time -In. Maybe if you win a couple of times, you can continue to fight and play something else.:confused::confused:
