I have been struggling for a long time with this problem and I have not yet found the solution
I understand that the more you know the theory and the better your game, the more quickly you will recognize when the tilt comes and stop in time

Cash or Tournament?

Read Barry G's book and he touches on this. Probably to each his own advice though.

If I feel I'm going to tilt after a bad beat I sit out and just walk away . Even if only for a minute . Take a deep breath , get a drink or have a smoke . Just that little break helps me regroup my thoughts before I continue . It is a difficult thing to deal with . Hope it helps and good luck .

i am so vulnerable to bad beats i just go on tilt and go all in with whatever i have left ,which leaves me with heavy loses ,any advice?
My advice for you is when you feel tilted if its possible take a little break from poker. You can easily go outside for a walk or go to gym..or whatever.
For me this strategy worked on times when i was struggling with tilt situations.

My opinion

Calculate how much you win when you don't have to go on tilt. You said they could win right. They said you could win. Well this don't make no sence they don't break it to the percentages. As far thier percentages go what do they want. Give the percentages to the jobs you want. Oh and a raise, we better win those percentages. See we can line them up.

Establish some ground rules, for instance if I don't cash in 5 tournaments in a row I stop playing for the rest of the day.

Discipline is the most important skill in poker.

Learn mental skills.

i am so vulnerable to bad beats i just go on tilt and go all in with whatever i have left ,which leaves me with heavy loses ,any advice?

When we are tilting and out of control we are out of control. Which means we cannot stop playing or tighten up or think our way out of it.

When we know we can tilt and loose control we must learn strategies to not tilt.

Buy the books "The Mental Game of Poker vol 1 -2" by Jared Tendler.

Here is a podcast about what is in the books beyond controlling tilt and why they are such a good purchase.

I have already learned to be calm like a boa after a hearty lunch in such cases.
the ability to cope with tilt and always being in a good calm state is one of the main problems of many players at the first stages in poker[emoji33] [emoji106] [emoji12] [emoji110] [emoji23] [emoji815] [emoji814] [emoji813] [emoji812]

Quite simply, if & when I find myself thinking about how unlucky I was, instead of how I played the hand, or focusing on how I am playing the current hand, I stop & tell myself to refocus, if I cannot do so, the gake I am playing is my last for the day. I do not play cash games so can't just walk away.

Stop loss may be an idea. Or like, bank your wins so you can't actually lose. And when you want to tilt, tilt on play money.

You can not do anything! You can not have only winning hands in poker. The harsh beats are frequent. Try not to think that you took a hard beat, make a break in playing poker and return to the new table!

Everybody is vulnerable to bad beats.. The thing to remember is.. IF you were in with a hand you should have been in with.. and if you played them correctly..

It took a bad beat for you to lose. Go to the bathroom and yell.. walk in a circle.. splash some water on your face..

And continue doing the right things.. Unless you are Shleprock you should be fine.. deep breaths.. deep breaths.. http://bclund.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/Bad-Luck-Schleprock_yahoo.jpg

Set deposit limits, stakes limits - and take a few days off after tilting. Reading some books about mindset is also a very good solution. It helps me.

Tilt Breaker

There is a program called Tilt breaker, it's fairly old, but I have heard of people that have used it. Don't know if your playing cash or tourney, but I think it's only good for cash games.

I'm more pissed when the call is wrong than when someone gets lucky. Working through the hand, if the right call was made, you have to see as a win regardless of the results. In that frame of mind, you have accepted it in a positive manner.

You just need to keep some patience.
Also you can change the room you playing.
If you will try some more rooms, maybe you will find your luck there.

take a min to focus on the basics, tighten up your opening ranges and just get a few hand wins to get you back on track

Message 3'

I personally when I lose take a little break I drink coffee and try to forget about failure, read in the book one thing to treat this as a trifle because I just remember only losses after that it became easier. And previously nervous go all-in with a pair of aces call me with seven and six assorted and catches two pairs of straight or a flute under one card could break the computer now used, good luck
