Currently on one myself. So speaking from current experience, I'm reflecting upon how I played those hands and which ones I folded. In my view I played it correctly each hand I was dealt and I was still knocked out.
I think self analysis of whether the losing streak is truly just variance catching up with you or whether there's something that needs to change in your game is the key to making losing streaks bearable. It happens to everyone... but not everyone learns or can handle it. Do what you can to improve yourself while it happens so you can enjoy the times that you're on the winning side.

I am currently studying a book from CardsChat, before that I was helped by BlackRain and Daniel. Crushing microstakes and Holdem wisdom fo all players. Again, what do you play? I for example well play cash, but tournaments not is obtained.

I am on a permanent losing streak to date after 6 years of playing. I am yet to win more than I have lost so you just got to keep it in focus. Only play with money you can afford to lose. You cant let your loses accumulate or keep track of them as much as you just come back to the table with a clean slate and start from zero. If you win you can start keeping track of your wins and eventually you will have a bankroll and then your challenge is to keep building your bankroll in the right direction. But yeah what most people have said take a break from an immediate losing streak in a session dont play tilted.

our brain only remembers situations when we feel bad. when we lose with AA KK we are worried. but this part of the game you just need not to pay attention to it, and just remember how many times we ourselves killed AA KK.

A few unprofessional thoughts. It seems to me that tilt and strip are not at all the same thing. You can wait out tilt, try to calm down, or even move away from the table and tidy yourself up. In the case of an unsuccessful strip, this does not work. Neither your peace of mind nor skill will help you if a client with a small suited pair goes all-in against your aces and in the end gets two pairs, thrips, straight or flush. What can be done if four more of the same suits come to a random card? To wait too will not work, just the streak of failures in this case will become wider. And besides, it is not known when it will end and when it will be possible to start playing again. Probably to reduce losses, you should switch to a game with lower limits and continue to polish your skills in very harsh conditions. Good luck!

I tilted at the start of April and lost 8 buyins. I only play cash games.
Never recovered, so another losing month to notch up unfortunatly.
Hoping May will be kinder. Just got to watch my emotions and shut down quickly if I feel it coming on.

the problem is that it seems to be so unfair.and sometimes even rigged.why when you deposit all the things go your way (evenin casinos) and when you start to withdraw ...you cannot win a single f flip.that`s the biggest frustration beacause you don`t even can think about game beeing rigged cause that will mean that you are a fish.i hope that one day we will find the truth and all that tilt that players had suffered for someone else to make a bigger profit to repay in hell
