For me it is folding big hands, like folding a set to a tight player when he obviously has a flush or straight. When I am in that situation I find myself trying to find a reason to call and think about hands that he could have that I can beat. But in reality when you call there (Like I have many times foolishly) you lose the pot almost always.

Sometimes I start a session for the wrong reasons. For example, I make a goal of winning like $400. When I am in this state of mind I find that I am playing my B - C game instead of my A game. I play best when I focus on just making the correct decisions.

Actually, the biggest problem I am having now is playing to many tables at once. If i play anymore than 5 games at a time I really start to lose the flow and do not know enough about the players to fully exploit their tendencies. I end up playing alot of ABC poker and start getting exploited. This is really bad because I am not learning anything and sometimes losing a lot of money.

I am aware of flushes. I always think that my opponent has better flush than I do. Even when I have K, I am always aware that opp has A. I find flushes very risky.

This are the first 3 things I need to change that affect a lot of my game. They are all psycological and I need to take care of this before evolve in poker.

Then I got some more issues to improve related to the game, but for that I need to study and practice. :shakehand

Well there were many hard things in poker for me but the hardest was and still is ,is not to go all in when others want me to do so and i have a rather good hand. Still i am trying to be more patient and concentrated on the game and just keep calm and play smarter ;)

The hardest part for me and always has been an issue is emotions. I become very negative during downswings, start changing to much stuff which ultimately makes things worse.
GREAT JOB! you need to write about poker! :D

Hardest thing is to remember not to play when one has a headache :)

Headache makes it difficult to make good decisions at critical points, so you play worse than usual. Plus it makes your headache worse. A lose-lose scenario :)

My problem is bankroll management for sure. It is tough keeping a proper roll together. Especially playing live since the buy ins are usually much bigger.

Mental fatigue is my biggest leak bar none, i think good healthy food and good exercise is the key to solving that problem.

Online it is bankroll management / not tilting... although I see improvements every day.

Playing live it is not over-estimating the capabilities of my opponents.

Trips/Sets do it for me every time.

I can count the number of times I've folded them when it's obvious that I'm second, at best, on the fingers of one foot.

I don't know what it is about them because I've had no problems laying down a straight when I have the idiot end.

The hardest part playing online is mental, tilt aversion therapy should be a medical profession. Live game/tournament, the tough part is physical. Especially for a smoker, like me, in a smoke free environment. Two hours before the first break and by that time I'm a twitching anxious tilted mess. So now I have to quit smoking and then learn to chill.

hardest thing in Poker right now.. lack of poker oppurnities locally and online.. I have a casino less than 10 miles away from me.. when it first open it was great becuase of the only casino around.. had 40 tables and always full friday and saturday night. but cleveland, and pittsburgh opened casino and now the room is so slow. use to have 100 or more players on a friday night tournament.. now the casino sets the max at 10 players so they have enough dealers for cash games.

Hardest thing for me is playing hands like 3 7. It is obviously bad hand, but it always hits the flop! Just folded 3 7 in one small tournament and the flop was A 3 3. I hate that.
