Do you play casino games while playing poker?

Playing poker can be boring, will you feel tempted to play slots, blackjack or do other activities while in online poker table? Is it a problem for you?

I will do a hand or two of blackjack or heads up when in a tournament during a break.

If I find myself opening my range when I'm bored in cash games I'll either watch YouTube videos on the side or play two tables.

I don't play casino. I used to be fond of sports betting, but I realized that I myself should be a participant in the process, not an observer. I decided to try my hand at poker. Before, nothing worked at all. I stopped playing for a while Now something started to work out, but not always.

Poker as you say is a slower game that requires a lot of patience, whereas the table games as more about fast action and quick hits of dopamine.

If you're looking for high action things to do while playing poker then it's probably better to just close down the poker tables.

thats the one thing i hate about poker now days they combine casino and poker together.It kind of messes up your focus because you are playing casino and poker same time,

Thanks for your attention. I think you are right, even if play casino games for excitement, it is still better to focus at them, it will allow me to have better enjoyment and better timing to quit.

I don't feel that playing casino games whilst playing poker I think is a quick way to lose money from both.

Casino games against the house are geared towards the house. You play enough of them then you are going to lose money. If you're doing this whilst playing poker as well, you are running the risk of losing concentration on the game and are ultimately likely to make mistakes that cost you more money as well.

I don't mind a slower game at the tables at the moment as it gives me time to think about my actions etc, so getting bored is not a problem for me. But even if you can pretty much play the game on autopilot, you still need to be mentally present, and playing casino games at the same time divides your attention unnecessarily.

There was a time when I did play casino games, but luckily I realized that the bank never loses! That's why I love poker, the bank earns its percentage but if you win it's the people's money!
A grandfather of mine told me, the pot just changes possession but always stays on the table!

I do not play other casino games, it never seemed fair to me in those games and more if it is online the chances of winning or losing are extremely enormous, I do not spend money or time in casino games, I recommend that you only focus on a single game like poker because it is a game where strategy is the greatest thing you can have, you can play several poker tables at the same time that does not affect your game much, rather you analyze it faster and thus gain a much greater experience .

I bet that this is a common issue among recreaional players. I never tried for several reasons but it seems like a plausible undertaking if you're properly rolled for it
