In cash games it is easier to win a trifle in one hand, in tournaments you have to play for a very long time and outplay each player in the nomination and there you need a lot of luck. Nowhere without her

That really depends on several factors.
To finance
time
Patience
Discipline
Your goals among other things.
They are 2 totally different types of games.
In cash you play against fewer players but win what you risk in practically every hand played.
In tournaments you play against many players with a minimum amount you can win a pretty big and juicy prize, you can also play satellites for a smaller amount to win entry to a tournament with a higher cost.
In conclusion, I know different ways and it would depend on which one you feel more comfortable with and which one suits you best.

What gives you more money plus by playing in CASH or playing in Tournaments?

I play in tournaments, but I began to notice that I am very exhausted on them and do not spend much money on them . Here I think maybe I should go to the cache ? Share your vision ?:deal:
Tournaments are just too much luck. Poker to me is hard enough to profit from and if you add in the extras that tournaments bring to the table like playing against a clock, having to play in a certain seat and not being able to top off your chip stack, I believe it is more difficult to profit from tournaments. Now in cash games the players I think are better but you have so much more freedom. Everything is on you but it is not easier or anything like that. I played tournaments when I started playing poker and transitioned to cash games and there can be more advantages to playing cash. Either way, the 2 are totally different so it is better to pick one and try to stick to that.

Well i've started to play like a year ago and have some serious doubts about which one i would play. In cash games you wont have the chance to get a big hit (very hard goal to accomplish) but its way more difficult to lose a lot of money if you are playing well ,also i believe it can be easier because the game is always the same game based on CHIP EV. There are no ICM , Bubble and other factors that can change GTO in a lot of ways. I'm starting right now on MTTS as before i was playing SNG but sometime i would enter the cash world also

First SNG and then MTT.

I don't like and don't play cash games.

this opinion is personal for those who accept it would be something for everyone good or bad, well I have been playing poker for years I couldn't say that losing a lot of money on the contrary I won money but it wasn't much it was a little but I didn't lose a lot of money, I had to choose between the tournaments to make a subsequent bank to build a good bank power play with cash to earn money anytime I am from work keep in mind that if it is not your main source of income then it is better to have it as a hobby

I started playing cash 1 month ago, it's a temptation. Quick gains, but losses too. The risk seems higher to me than in tournaments.

If you have enough time, it is more profitable to play in tournaments. But if you want to enjoy the game, you have to play cash.

If you want to run out of funds in your account quickly, I suggest a cash game.

The variance in Cash Games can make the player lose everything quickly. I prefer to play tournaments.

Good to play cash and regular tournaments to gain experience and build a skill set. Many pros enter tournaments and play in the side games while at those tournaments. Always looking for marks, players who enter those side games just so they can brag about having played with the pros, even though they often lose.

Cash games are very different to Tournaments. Focus on what suits your temperament. Tourneys need long hours of play and the decisions get more difficult deep in the tournament. At times exhaustion leads to poor play when EV implications are high.

I decided for myself a long time ago that I would not go to cash tables. This is not for me. It's easier for me to do tournaments.

It all depends on each player but the tournament is more profitable although it is also much more difficult to win prizes, what happens is that the prizes can be very high if you manage to position yourself in the final stages and that is where you will get very good profit.

In my opinion, these are tournaments, the conditions are equal and everyone has a chance. And in cash, there are initially unequal conditions.

As for me, it is more profitable to play tournaments. And yes, they will be interesting. Moreover, for a smaller buy-in you can win a tidy sum

Good morning, I found your question between cash vs mtts interesting, it's the same question I had when I started playing. Regarding profitability, in my opinion, mtts are much more profitable, it's where you can win a big prize, I'll make one comparison, on my best day playing cash game I made something close to $50 and on my best day playing mtt I won $800. 96th place 1st place won 50K, imagine if I get 1st place. Cash is a game with less variance, but you need to study much more than in mtts and there's no way you can win a big prize in one day, it's always little by little the bankroll will grow, if you are a good cash player.Poker is a long term game, if you study and practice you will be profitable both in cash and in Mtts, if you are not having good results on a site try to play on other sites, the site I played the least is 888poker and it's s It was the most profitable game, the place that, in my opinion, has the easiest players.

Each player has his own preferences, whether he likes to play cash or in a tournament. It cannot be said that a cash game or a tournament is better than the other.

They are two very different formats, in my case it's tournament, there are a number of factors to take into account in both cases, at cash tables for example, you have the advantage of "select the table" and play against opponents " fixed", in the case of the tournament, the return on investment can be much greater if you get depth, tournaments take a long time, cash games are faster... It's hard to say, each has its advantages and disadvantages.
