Cash games or tournament and why?

I like to play tournaments because of the intense struggle for the first place, which is the goal of any tournament !!!

Big field turbo MTTs are where I have had the most success - I like to play cash too but my results are not nearly as good.

Navigating a short stack against other players is more fun to me than when everyone is deep-stacked.

I prefer tournaments because I usually play better over a longer period and I can read opponents better and thus be able to play better poker. But if I have little time I prefer to play cash and not have problems when I have to leave my house.

I more prefer cash game but I sometimes play tourneys (freerolls are general) as well. I really don't like SNG, if I play them I do it rarely and only for fun. I would say tournaments take more patience and discipline. I really hate it when you play in a tournament for hours and blow it just because of a ridiculous cooler or something. That's why I like cash game more.

I choose a freeroll tournament and not a cash game because my level of play is not so high, and in tournaments I will improve my level of play.

I play cash games and tournaments and I run both the tournament and the cash game simultaneously, in the cash game you can win money right away and you can lose a lot and at once,
but when I have more free time I
I choose and play in tournaments because you can pay a little and try to win good money but it's as lucky, but for that I need a lot of patience and time to play in tournaments, I choose more tournaments - and in the cash game I sometimes play when the tournament goes for a long time and that I was not bored in the tournament or when I have an hour of free time, I'm not a strong fan of cash games!

I play a lot of MTT's, but very few cash games, mostly because of the size of my bankroll. Every time I get a decent bankroll Real Life Crisis happens and I withdraw to fix it.

I prefer tournaments. Although, with the right approach, you can earn good as MTT and cash games. There is nothing more exciting in the world of poker than the final table of the tournament. And if you ever won a poker tournament, you know, that kind of feeling. Not to mention how it's good for your bankroll! I love it when you walk away and you have a chance to get a big win.

I play cash normally. Even though there's still a ton of luck involved at the micro levels, at least skill plays a greater role compared to tourneys.

If you go ten tourneys without cashing you are down 10 buy ins. In cash you gotta be real unlucky to fall ten buyins.

(Just as I was writing some dude hits a 2 outer set on me. So much for luck playing a less role)

I do enjoy playing tournaments over playing cash games, but the swings involved in tournaments are much more volital than that of a cash game. For the purpose of bankroll building and management I typically play cash games. If and when I take money off a table puts me above my bankroll requirements I play tournaments.

I am not a cash game guy, if I am having a bad day, a tournament game is pretty much set. I know how much I'm willing to lose before the game starts, and I can play tight and a lot of the time at least place and get my registration fee back.

I think it's better а cache game. You immediately see the result. If the cards are always a good - play, if not - don't play.
