At home, with friends of course, The game, especially if in Omaha, it is generally fun. And so of course tournament if what a series of EPT or simply with a good reward. Online I like everything, but I prefer Cash.

I prefer tournaments because I feel more comfortable playing them, I've heard is that someone who is good at playing cash tournaments will be easy but someone who is good at tournaments difficulty playing cash:ciao:

I like tournaments because I already know how much I will spend to play and I also know how much I will win or I can win in the end, I can be wrong but in the cash game is your money to win the money of the opponent, already in the tournament everyone pays the same to Try to catch the pot at the end of the rainbow.

The thing with cash games is that you are always putting money in every hand you play, if you are a bad player that is an easy way to lose money quickly, another thing that I have noticed, is that you have less control over your bankroll, personally I prefer tournaments, you only pay once, if you are good you have your position secured in the last tables and you have more fun since as you move forward everything becomes super exciting, and also gives you the chance to get a good prize for a couple bucks ;)

Which do you prefer....cash game with familiar....or tournament style buy in with guranteed paid spots....
while i do love the free rolls just to tease myself with a few bucks... I almost always have prefered the cash games at home...Its easier to familiarize and read similar tendencies in players. But I do love the tournament set up with guarnteed spots.

For me, I enjoy the cash games more because it forces me to be extra observant towards the other players tendencies while betting. I always put in a lot of players notes which is really helpful. Plus I like to gamble so cash games are better card action wise.

I prefer to play tournaments. There I feel the best. I had some experience in the cash game and got out a bit.

I prefer tournaments. Really like the discipline it takes to participate at certain time and manage pauses. You need to plan ahead and find time for them. Also its more about luck than cash games but thats what makes it interesting for me. Once u get lucky you get rewards that really help you to reach new heights.

I far prefer tournaments, both online and for home games. The one time I tilted away my bankroll it was (mostly) through cash games. I like to know that there's a definite end-point to a game - and I prefer tournaments with no re-entry so that I'm less likely to chase my money buying back in if I get busted via a bad beat.

For sure I prefer tournament, because for cash I think you should have a bigger bankroll and besides the excitement that we get when we get to the final table is much bigger!

I play almost exclusively tournaments. At some point I've written here that I lost my first freeroll prize money in a flash and I haven't been able to love this form of play ever since.

Tournaments for me. Freezouts. Cash games is a bit tricky as I do not always trust whats happening there.

I prefer cash games for a number of reasons.

One is I often don't have a long period of time to commit to a tournament. I hate to run well and then find I need to go and feel rushed.

I also feel that cash games are more profitable. There is less variance and you can grind out some decent profits. I know others are not fans of grinding and prefer that lump payout that a tournament can provide.

I also like that if I feel I am at a bad table, I can leave and find a new one. You are not stuck sitting in a game where you may be overmatched. You can just take your cash and move to a table that is more likely to benefit you.

I do prefer to play tournaments over cash games however with my current roll I tend to use micro cash/hu sng to fund taking shots in mtts as I am not rolled for mtts full time.

I will choose a tournament because there is a limit, but there is no limit in the cash game and you can lose a large amount right away.

Just tournaments!!!
I tried cash games, but they are boring. Not so many actions because the blinds are never increasing. No final aim here, no bubble which made someone stronger and weaker. The best discription would be cash game is a circle, while tournaments are lines with starting and finishing point.

Cash game or Mtt.

Good morning everyone.
Cash game or Mtts?
In my opinion the cash game is fairer because you depend more on your hality and knowledge to win, while in Mtt however good you are if you don't have a strong hand and have action you will be in a bad situation or be eliminated.
I play the Mtt micros, I play waiting for strong hands and it is not uncommon for me to be eliminated from a Mtt in the middle with villain going All in with marginal hands with KK vs 85s, I have 18 blinds and villain goes All in, I call and villain crack the 5.
No cahs game with KK and over 100 blinds. This does not happen, so you play flop, turn and river and you can assess if you are winning the villain.
I believe the cash game is fairer than the Mtts.

good day, a family game or between friends is very entertaining and you enjoy a lot when you take some money from your brother lol but nothing like playing a tournament with a good bag of money guaranteed hitting a good bomb will be a very useful money to continue playing between friends lol

I like to play both types ... both at the cash tables and at the tournaments ... however, I have a preference for cash tables for several reasons ...
1-) I can start playing at the time I want.
2-) You almost always play against the same opponents and that allows you to have a good reading of the game of your opponents.
3-) You can end your game session whenever you want.

I prefer tournaments more, I just love when there is an opportunity to beat a large number of opponents and take the first place out of thousands of players
