Cash Game or Sit Go's?

Sit and go is already a dying discipline in poker. In almost all the poker rooms where I have played and continue to play, there are not enough players to play many tables at once. Therefore, I prefer a cash game if I choose between these two disciplines

Only play tournaments, sit and go's are okay or fun but cash games are for mugs, especially at small stakes because of the rake.

I like Cashgames because sometimes you might be tilted and you can leave without losing more money.

Not disagreeing with this but if we are honest, then online cash games are also a dying discipline. Taking ACR Poker as an example SnGs generally dont run from something like 3am ET to 12 am ET (9 am CET to 6 pm CET). But during the time, when they run, its pretty easy to get on 4-6 tables. Cash games do run around the clock, but all the BLIZT tables have stopped except 25NL and 200NL, and during low volume hours there are only few regular cash tables to choose from. Right now for instance there are 5 tables running at 25NL, 6 at 10NL and 7 at 5NL. So its better than the SnG lobby, where no micro or low stakes games at all are running right now, but its still not exactly great

I started playing poker with sng but now I prefer cash games if I had to choose between the two.

I prefer playing a cash game. The 'sit and go' feels very uncomfortable to me because as there are fewer people left, it seems more random and harder to determine ranges. I end up feeling obliged to play almost anything.
In cash games, the table is usually full, and I'm not as terrible as in the other format.

I prefer sit and gos as I believe I have more of an edge. They have been more profitable for me. I find cash games to be a very hard going and very difficult to make money in.
