In the past I played blackjack, craps, and mini-baccarat because they gave the best odds for the player. I think that I enjoyed craps the best because overall it always seemed like the people were happier and enjoying themselves more than at the other two games. I'd always played a little poker too and like blackjack, it let you control the outcome of the hand. I'd really drifted away from the casino for a few decades until I began playing poker tournaments at Foxwoods a little over two years ago. Still from time to time I will: use free plays they give at the craps table, play blackjack for maybe an hour, or play the virtual baccarat a bit.

There is only one game in the casino worth playing, and that is poker. All other games have a built-in "house edge", which means you are playing at a disadvantage versus the casino. Don't play against the casino, you will lose in the long run!!!!

Poker is the only game in the casino where you are NOT playing against "the house", you are playing against other human beings who make human mistakes and do not have any built-in odds advantage over you.

Note that my comments do not apply to any poker-themed table games, those are "rigged" to favor the house. That's not real poker at all, that is gambling. "Video Poker" is also gambling, don't play it!!

I only played one casino game besides poker, it was BlackJack, I kinda liked it, but didn't understand any strategies, just waiting for decent cards. Do you guys know any strategies in BlackJack?

Just search online to find the basic strategy for the number of decks and rules for the game(s) you will be playing. If you want to be more involved learn a simple count and the play variations by the count. There is a lot of information at this LINK.

Just poker. It is the only casino game where you play with people. And people make a lot of mistakes, therefore, you can make a profit by playing properly

Usually I bet a lot on sports, especially football. Good source of income if you know how to bet. I've been doing this the last years mostly on Bet365 until my government decided to block deposits on that site and most of the others.

Before I start playing poker more serious I had some fun with Roulette, pure gambling, I was doing it for fun, trying to predict if next round will be black or red. After 70 euro buy-ins i win ~150$ and I just stop playing. It was fun but today I would go only for one color instead of mix of everything around.

I don't really like anything else that is vs. the casino. like slots, blackjack, roulette etc. although they can be fun and I do play them rarely just for fun for the lowest stakes possible in like a 5-15 mins period just for the fun and see what happens factor. But I know all casino games are design with odds that favor the house so knowing that I don't like giving my money away for free. I like poker because its players vs players and we all have the same chances of winning depending on our luck, skill, patience, risk taking, own actions and we can manipulate the outcome a bit more so I feel I have way more chances of winning playing poker than vs the casino. any day of the year.

I have never stepped foot in a casino I have only ever played poker in a sit and go or online MMT's <3
A lot of gamblers in my family so it is all I will not allow it.
I also only play freerolls or free chip games online and I have only ever played with the $40.00 limit at home games. Know your limit and play within it. With my DNA I am not willing to see how far this rabbit hole goes O.O lol I laaaa-ooove to play cards and dice games...even without adding winning big to the mix <3
