Another probability problem for the odds gurus

Suppose I am playing Omaha Hi-Lo, and have a good high hand with no low chances, not even one low card. What percentage of hands will not have three low cards on the board?

After the river about 53.26% of boards WILL have 3 low cards, so a little less than half will not have 3 low cards.
