wanted to get through 2008 with the original $50. i deposited in neteller back in Sept. 2005, did it, now for 2009 i want to do it again, no matter what happens, even if i lose every dollar i got on every site im still ahead of the game, my goal in 2005 was to never deposit again and so far its worked out, thats what you call a long term goal, so far so good, buck

Deposited around $100 in October. Started at 5nl, moved up to 10nl underrolled in November. Lost at first, then in late November and for the rest of December I got my grove on. Now at 25nl, it's swingy, it's ugly and I need to adjust my style I think. But I'll get there. With bonuses and rakekeback I'm at like $500-$600 profit overall + the 5 free books.

2009 Goals:
Go from 25nl to 100nl, hopefully 200nl.
Cash goal non-existant.
Read my 5 poker books.
Learn more on CC: strat and HA forums.
Get laid.

Sorry no graphs for me as I've had 2 database malfuntions this year.

Basically 650k hands played

$20k in winnings + RB/bonuses.

In my blog, but here they are:

1. 20K hands at 10NL in January.
2. Move to 25NL only when I begin to crush 10NL and have a minimum of 30 BI's.
3. Become rolled for 50NL by the end of the year.
4. Gain SilverStar once I've moved up, even if it doesn't come until the summer or fall months.
5. Save and do something +$ with FPP's.
6. Spend way more time in the HA section of CC than the others.
7. Only dip into my BR when I absolutely need to.

Well, being that it is the last day of the year, I will hesitantly post my 2008 results... They are a bit embarassing as I did not get to play as much as I would have liked this year.

About a year ago I got promoted to a new position at my company (Senior PM), which meant I was running some major projects that only consumed like 23 hours of everyday.... So, not alot of time was available for anything outside of work; little play, social or poker time. I can't even access Cardschat from work as it is blocked!! In the end I played less than 10,000 hands at 100NL. I am pleased with my BB/100 rate of 4.8, but the sampling is small.. some of you folks do 10k hands in a day or a week.

I am not a good multi-table player... I need to work on that part of my game, so even when I had some time to play, I was usually playing only 2 tables... I not a great multi-tasker/tabler... need to refine this.

Lately I have tried to get more balance outside of work. So, for poker, my 2009 goals include:

1) 4,000 hands/month at 100NL (I know this is tiny for many of you, but I will be happy to hit that mark)

2) Maintain BB/100 rate over 4

3) While maintaining a winning BB/100 rate, increase to 4 and then to 6 tables at once.

4) Find a way to bypass the Internet blocker at work so I can access CardsChat
