What part of I knew I was beat and I been playing with them don't you understand? Everyone else here seems to understand.

I'm not there to gamble.

Whoa I'm not saying that you should have called, I'm talking about other situations where folding queens wouldnt be a good idea even when you might be beat... reread plz.

I just had the same situation online Tuesday I was under the gun with QQ I have 18k blinds are 200/400 I raise to 1600 UTG mid position reraises allin for 13k then another reraise allin to 25k folds around to me I figure one of them have to have AA or KK so I fold they flip over and the first guy has AA the other has KK, great fold for me..............until flop is Q 2 2 LOL oh well its poker.

raise reraise after limping makes this an easy fold calling was the wrong choice and in the long run would be unproffittable to find the answer ask yourself if you knew thier cards what would be the right choice flop does not matter. something funny about $6 raise dont get that?

Its live poker, so many different variables and things change constantly. With the way the table was playing at the time, a $6 raise was high, I only had 2 people after me and only 2 people limping. (which is very odd, usually at this casino you get 6+ limpers/callers)

Any higher and you usually get everyone folding (for the time being anyway).

Your post confused me a bit, I actually did re-read. Sorry.

i think what salim is trying to say is, that in the hand posted above, in that spot, queens shld always fold. even if the 2 villians had the stacks for u to try and setmine, knowing that u're beat, the $12 raiser is not going to flat call the extra $20, not with u in the hand as well. he's going to raise 100%, and aces prob reraise again, which is why tryin to setmine in that spot is 100% -ev.

however, if it were headsup, for example, stacks are very deep, $800 each in a 1/2 game. if u raise to $6 pf and get repopped by villian to $12, reraising here will tell u where u are at, perhaps to $38. if he can come over the top again, making it $100 to go, even if u know he has KK or AA, u should almost always call here. both of u have $700 behind, u're definitely getting the right implied odds to try and hit your set.

hope that makes sense.

I would fold QQ here if I knew the two players who raised were tight or had specific reads here. Otherwise I'm shoving here. 1-2 NL live is one of the loosest games you will ever find. Standard raise here is generally 12 to 15 Dollars. Your small raise might have implied weakness normally.

Either way don't worry about what people think of your poker game and play the way you can win with. Also the dealer should have never spoke about your hand. If the dealer really was a good player he would be playing somewhere and not working there.
