There's always space for 4-bet. If he is a tight player you have chance to see him folding AJ, AQ, even AK.

This is where stack sizes become relevant. If the villain is the lowest at the table, you could probably go ahead and put them all-in. If they have a similar stack a 4-bet isn't a bad decision. If they have a stack that can put you all-in then a call is appropriate, imo. GL and may the flop be with you.
