Played a lot, like 4 hours m-f. 8 hours on Saturday Sunday. Was crazy. Gained some weight. Going to stick a schedule we’re I work out more then play poker at night. I lost the most money when I bluffed on A high boards. Bluffing in general, and when I was watching porn, on the phone, playing PlayStation. Just doing stupid stuff. I stopped all distractions and the money started coming in.

Something surprisingly Is that I played better poker once I started playing nl50 and nl00. It was very difficult to make folds when it’s only a dollar to call. Quarters and dollars don’t mean much to me. Twenties and fifties do.

4 hours m-f. 20 hours. 20 more on the weekend. 40 hours. Plus another 10 for a few days. 50 hours.= 3000

Spend 30 minutes each morning reading and another 30 minutes. In the afternoon. Not doing stupid bluffs and folding more has helped me. Also I say to myself if he is going to go all in will I call? If yes. I go all in.
