Great starting guide. I could not get the link at procast for the 2+2 anthology to work - it went to some other menu and I could not get to the anthology through it for some reason. But for anyone else interested and running into the same problem here is a link for the 2+2 anthology that worked for me: http://fuzzyslogic.com/poker/reading/2+2.NL.Anthology.v1.htm

Nice

It is very nice quide.
I must learn many ,I want to make my 1st deposit and after start playing Real games, because freeroll are many time waste sometimes for nothing.
Private freerolls is best I think.
Tanks you for brochure.:)

You can be good at both, as many of the top pros are mainly cash game players who play the big headline TV tournaments for fame and occasionally hit the jackpot fortunes.

You have to learn the right mentality for both games to be successful and that comes with preparation and then experience.

Thank you for this. I've been looking to start playing for real money and this was very informative. This should definitely be stickied.

Nice Cash Game Guide

I took a quick look at your guide and you did a geat job. I can tell you put your heart in it. I only have two suggestion for any re-release. A nice cover of some kind and some pictures and graphics. The old saying of 1 pictures is worth a 1000 words. Use them to support your major points.

Again, great resource for the beginner and advanced beginner starting to play cash games.

So what is a "sticky" was the advice put there and how do i find it? I tried to pull it up from the link, but only get a few words (less than a sentence)

Thanks!

No Joy on link

I tried the link and all i get is one page that says " Made it in"
and that is all that is on the page. Has anyone successfully been able to view the link or has it been removed?

- Awesome Introduction by ME
- Where to play online
- The Best Deposit Methods
- Tracking Software (PokerTracker / Holdem Manager)
- Online Poker Communities
- Picking the right level & game
- Strategy Resources (how to be a better poker player)
- When to move up / move down
- Dealing With Tilt
- Video Capture

Consider this my thank you to CardsChat and this is where it will be exclusively hosted. Again, this guide isn't for someone who has been playing cash games for 6 months and wants to "be a better player" (although they would do good by looking at the strategy resource section). But this WILL answer a lot of your questions and save you a lot of time looking for answers.
