Haha yeah it is a good feeling. At least I had 8 buy-in's when I played 50nl HU haha, before the 7 buy-in downswing of course :)

i guess that's the one good thing about donkaments: it feeds the cash games when people luckbox enough money to take shots at levels they typically can't afford.

Hey on PT3 or holdem manager and in the threads what exactly is BB/100? Is it big blinds or is it big bets? Like when people say for 10nl my goal this month for BB/100 is 4/100.

BB is big bets (twice the big blind)

bb is big blinds.

You'll see people post both ways.

Decided that my aim for the week is to get in the top 3 2nl winners on ipoker, current leader has like $32. Balling aim I know lol, but I really need to work on my grind and stop doing stiupid shit (as fun as stupid shit can be)

Felt I played well and ran really well today, was up about 6 buy-ins but finshed with just less than 4. Main thing is I think I played really well. I tiled 6 tables 6-max, concentrated, made reads, thought about hand ranges and it felt good. Also marked every hand where I had to stop and think about a decision and I'm posting them in H/A after going through them myself.

Expect a follow up post with links soon...

Here's everything I posted in HA from this last session. Please to be reading.

https://www.cardschat.com/forum/cas...nlhe6-max-river-spot-call-184464/#post1578489

I was going to post 2 more but they're only general questions rather than specific so gonna post them here.

Against a 17/15 type at 6-max who seems to know position, 3-bets 5-6%, basically someone who isn't awful, what's our reaction to a MP open when holding something like AJs in the BB. How does it change for AJo/AT/99?

Against a similar player how do we treat a 3-bet of our UTG open holding JJ? Is it profitable to call? How does it change as it approaches 7-8%? What if villain is more 25/15?

Just posting this one here cause it sucked so bad, don't think I could have played it worse if I tried :)

Yeah I like the ante tables, tend to have hyper lags (fish) in them with 200BB stack who think they're oh so good. I buy-in with 100BB's but if I notice a fish or 2 with 200BB's I put more on the table. And thanks, nice feeling sitting on 400BB's :)

I have no idea, I completely mind spazzed, I think it's the first time I've ever just called a low flop like that ever. Then the 8 came which made it worse so I kinda went into rabbit in headlights mode. It's a raise there every time.

I might have called with the 458 board. If its 3 cards 7 or less I would raise plus 67 gives straight so I think call ok.

If you don't raise the flop it should be because you want to keep the pot small which against certain players can be fine when they donk (not against most though). BUT that means you also have to fold when he overbet shoves the river.

I just played a 15 minutes session of rush poker....

32 BB/100 at 50nl 6max is entirely sustainable, isn't it? Also, bunch of nits at rush tables. I played a reasonable 23/18 and my WC rake was 40% higher than dealt rake.
