Hand 1: I am not a fan of squeezing an UTG open as a bluff. I think if you really want to pick up NSD $ here you will generate more folds by flatting preflop and exploiting your relative position by check raising light. Very similar money outlay for a better chance of success. But really, just fold pre.
Hand 2: I am calling the river.... And it is a leak.
Hand 3: Awesome hand. I would probably bet like 3-4 bb because he is only shoving Ax. But that would just be for laughs.

Be more inclined to 3-bet Hand 2 than Hand 1. Hand 1 is definitely a bet/fold on flop as played as he generally isn't going to be shoving JT or worse.
Also be more inclined to lead Hand 2 than Hand 1. If you're c/c turns and rivers vs. TAGs you better have a good reason for doing so, i.e. you have reads that he's going to barrel draws, 2nd pair, air and/or value-bet thin.

Having a bad go at it at the moment.Sucks the life out of me,and kills the "want to grind".
Not 5k hands so sample could have a lot to do with it.So i'm going to post stats by position to see if someone can pick out some glaring mistakes.CC% from BB seems way to high.And went to showdown looks about 5% to high,but could be due to coolers,flips etc.

Yo JB, just noticed this thread, good man! I know what it's like to not win for a long time (2 months and counting).
#1: why no turn lead? As played, fold. I assume you are wondering if a river raise can get him off QT or whatever? In my experience, we don't make money trying to get people to fold TP.

I am not doing an in depth look at the stats because I am super tired and hungover at work.
A couple of things which stood out for me:
- EP and MP are probably a little bit loose, and this is directly reflected in the low cbet/tcbet stats from those positions. This should be a stronger range, and as such, should be much much higher cbet numbers.
- BTN cbet/tcbet numbers seem too high. We should have a much wider range here, and unable to continue too often. I think perhaps you are playing your BTN steals a bit too hard and fast.
- I think your fold to pf 3b number looks really good in theory, but at these stakes, you should probably be giving more credit and fold more often. At say 25nl where there are thinking regs to outplay post flop, the number looks great.
