i think you are formatting the HH for a different type of forum. the <'s lead me to think so at least. try PHPBB forums next time and hopefully it will work.

I just fall asleep earlier now tbh. I always played from about 10PM til midnight and then I'd wind down for an hour or so on CC before bed. Now I just fall asleep on the couch most nights between 10 and midnight and wake up and go to bed between 1 and 2.

I am definitely sleeping better and longer since quitting poker. My wife and I now go to bed most nights at 9:30 PM and I am usually asleep by 10 PM/ (We get up at 5 AM). Instead of playing an hour of poker in the morning I spend the time getting work done from home so my time in the office is a little smoother. I really haven't needed to fill any time on evenings & weekends as it is such a busy time of the year and my Summers have always been about mowing the lawn, drinking beer, swimming in the pool, watching the Red Sox and drinking more beer. Now I just drink (alot) more beer!

Have not played since black friday except for the freerolls on carbon having taken the hit of playing exclusively at TILT and won 12 bucks on last weeks game and have decided to play cash games instead of sngs. Up to 33 bucks from the .02/.04 tables. I noticed that after the month break that I have not been playing much (10 hours in 6 days). With everything going on in the poker world right now Im glad to have found something that I did not have to send 100 bucks western union to a guy named pasquele in the phillipines so I could play

Been spotting a reg at 5nl quite a lot, decided to watch a series from DTB that i've been meaning to watch for ages, and the instructor is a guy called BlackRain lol The exact reg i've been noticing, how does someone who is still spotted at the 5nl tables doing videos on DTB?? I've got 877 hands on him and he's nothing spectacular, might not even bother watching the whole series now unless anyone here has something else to say about it??

Just checked PTR, i really dont get this guy, he's played gazillions of hands at 2 & 5nl, winning sure, but thats not hard, and at 25nl he's only winning at like .26bb/100, why is this guy making videos??

I heard he's a successful a micro stakes grinder who for whatever reason never moved up. I don't think he's played much higher than 25nl.

No the 25nl was recent. He was being backed iirc. Basically he's a nit (think fx) who puts in tons of volume and really exploits the worse players found at the lowest stakes. His game breaks down as he moves up because people refuse to pay him off with his big hands. He does/did crush the low micros though and that's what got him the DtB deal. I have never watched any of his vids but I did read his coaching intro post over there back when I had a membership.
