I've got half a mind to get my money of FT and put it on like paddypower/ladbrokes/any big british gambling site, least you know its 100% safe
If I was you I would put it all on stars for now, and just continue with your plan on getting poker beat.

I'm not sure if im worried after that statement, probs should be i guess, that like the face of FT coming out and condeming them so there could be some dodgy shit going on at FT towers behind the scenes.

Perhaps I should have put a :p after my statement ;) .

$38 is $38 (it was basically just a part rakeback payment I received after withdrawing my roll from there a few weeks back) and tbh FTP does not look good after all this and the Ivey statement. So I think I will get it off there. Whereas Stars seems to be rebuilding its image quietly and slowly without fuss.

:(

Just after moving over to tilt as well. Don't have massive money on, around $2K, might just chance it.

Anyway last month I played ~45K hands of nl$25 rush, for a 4buyin loss. Looking at the rest of my hands, been winning at a nice clip on the one nl$50 stars table that i keep in the corner. So this month I rekon im gonna drop away from rush and play some normal tables. Rush is sooooo handy though, when the baby start crying to just sit out and not lose all my seats on the tables.

I'm trying to keep up. Have any US players been able to cash out on Full Tilt yet?

May was pretty decent for me, 10 $200NL sessions (4 down, 6 up) at the local poker club, +$966, largest losing session was -$320, largest winning session was +$705.

There are updates every now and then, but they're all the same. "We have no date, but we're working on it, blah blah blah".

For some reason, I believe we'll get our money, just don't know when. I think Ivey's actions last night might spark a fire under their ass though.

is there any further info on it?

Read 2+2...

Does anyone believe they have a reasonable chance of ever seeing their money?

Yes.

Honestly the only real danger is that american players become too vocal in asking for their money back now now now and that they end up destroying FTP's reputation and killing their international business. Then all bets would be off.

A lot of people have acted foolishly against their own interest in this, imo.

Yeah but i don't want my money back at the risk of misinforming other players either.Ever one that actually tries to get info before depositing money on a site deserves the truth. If that cost me money so be it.

I can only imagine how awful it would be to be an US online poker Pro with a bankroll on Full Tilt in the 5 or 6 figure range which represents years and years of grinding and is their primary source of income. To be left totally in the dark with no money to pay bills, no idea of whether tens of thousands of hours of sweat equity would ever be repaid and without a roadmap for the future must be gut-wrenching. I would probably be a basket case.
In part, I think my desire to play evaporated based on the fact that the future of online poker in the US is in doubt. Until there is hope for the future it is virtually impossible for me to justify devoting all that time and intellectual energy to a Sysyphian task.

I didn't want him to check behind and have another spade come up and make me gun shy. He was only about 10 hands in, and was stacking every hand.

nh, I had a guy who was making calls like this at my table today. I was about to finish my session until I seen the guy call an allin on the river with K high. I decided to stick around and it was well worth it as I took his stack 3 times then he left. :)
