In rush you can always go to the last hand screen and make notes from there...

You could, but HEM would definitely make it a lot easier to sift through. I love HEM for taking notes, especially on FT where the notes aren't saved to your account(I only know of UB doing this really). That way I have my notes everywhere as long as I can connect to my server through HEM.

i seriously cant get my f***king HUD running..unbelievable
Best advice I can give is to uninstall/reinstall. That is the only thing that has worked for me numerous times after making some updates...

Good luck Patty. I know it is annoying as hell when you can't get that crap working. Just hope it isn't database problems. A friend of mine's database corrupted and he lost it all and the idiot never made any backups, about 2 years of info gone...

When you make notes in HEM is it in pop-up form? Does PT3 do the same thing?

Also, when you back up the files, are you putting it on a seperate hard drive? Im kinda computer retarded if ya cant tell...

Michael Pollan's "In Defense of Food" if you like non-fiction, otherwise you can't go wrong with Terry Pratchett.

(Post above assuming that you're asking because you realize that you won't have time to read once you try for SuperNova so you want to get your literary muscle worked out this year)

40 BI at 25NL should be enough right?

Always better to start with more, especially when you will want to keep the pace up even through dry spells/downswings. I think you should try to get 60+...

if your going to play a limit full time I think like 100BIs is about right, however if you had 100BIs for 25nl and beating it I dont see why you would stay, you would deffo want to move up, 40 or 50BIs is good to start with I think yeah and then progress to 50nl etc

I'm going to just call there and make my bet again on the turn and hope for the repop again. We have such a strong hand here that we really aren't worrying about much. He didn't raise/call with 8T here preflop so I think you can count the OE draw out. I would guess he would be on AK/AQ which you obviously have crushed, but also with what he could definitely think he has the best hand. You're really only worrying about 2 outs on the turn that could have you beat(either one of the two 7's or one of the two 9's if he had one of those sets preflop).

Although, I constantly get yelled at here for not being aggressive enough(which I am getting much better at), I still think that this is the way to go for this hand.

Meh. We have less than a pot size left when we call. What bet size do you suggest we make on turn to leave room for villain to come over the top?

I change my answer to shoving the turn. Could give him a chance to hit just a tiny bit more(if he was even looking for more, ie. set of 9's or 7's wouldn't care much here probably), and he would be getting about 2.6:1 on his money to call the shove.
